Straightforward noms a relief

After a late night out last night, I got up too late for Rylans Supersize Sunday and my hubby told me there was a new noms twist, He said that all those nominated would be SAFE and all those NOT nominated would actually be up!

Just as well I came on here (and saw nothing about it at all) before e mailing Ch5 in a mad outburst over fixed noms

I cant tell you how relieved I am (as long as Hazel & Dexter are up lol)

Visage 28-07-2013 05:14 PM

I would have preferred that twist, it would surely put Sam & Sophie up.

That said they start with at least three up every week, so what are the chances that three housemates wouldn't get any nominations..?

Roy Mars III 28-07-2013 05:14 PM

Hopefully they throw in something last min that saves Dexter and Hazel from being evicted and ensures the twins go

And a house without Dexter and Hazel interests you because?

daniel-lewis-1985 28-07-2013 05:24 PM

You emailed Channel 5?

LOL

Overeaction much.

Withano 28-07-2013 05:28 PM

Your husband sounds fun

Withano 28-07-2013 05:29 PM

Did they say anything about it being minimum of 2 up? 3 up? Anyone with with 1 nom? 2 noms? Or did they not clarify so they can make it up as they go along again?

Ha ha! I hadn't picked up on that point.

Withano 28-07-2013 05:34 PM

Oh you didn't email them, you're just presuming its straight forward noms. Let down.

Patrick 28-07-2013 05:36 PM

I would of adored that twist.

Proper BB6 esque.

They've made it up as they went along ever since they took over from channel four.

Well you have a point, we all need someone to hate, so perhaps Hazel this week, then the twins, then Dexter, then Charlie, then Callum, leaving my 3 faves in the final lol

GINA TO WIN

I do prefer that there are always 3 up though

Otherwise things are far too predictable, it makes it slightly more interesting, even when the person I want out doesnt go, its still better than just 2 all the time

If it had been that way this year, both Dexter & Gina would have gone already and that would have been a completely different show (NOT GOOD)

Yep, probably in for a shock tmrw lol

Emma did smirk the other night when Rylan asked if it was 'normal noms'

I was also wondering if maybe she was a little cagey because someone NEW is going in??

Im getting as paranoid as those in the house lol

Ah yes, it is better with a minimum of three up I do agree. I was more meaning that they hedge their bets, don't commit to telling the viewers what's happening and then put their twists in play after the outcome of noms etc. I maintain that if the housemates had put let's say Gina and Dex in the safe house instead of Sam and Sophie, they wouldn't have used that twist. They'd have changed it somehow.

Yeah, I think they do too, though it didnt work out too well for them when those two chose Dan to go in with them lol

I bet BB thought they would choose the twins or Callum for sure

Serves BB right lol

They pretty much told us before the housemates picked though?

I agree we should know exactly whats going on though. I said this earlier when someone said the nominations were starting..if theres gunna be a twist, they should tell US whats hapening before they know whos up.

Definetly tell us first then we cant accuse them of fixing

Having said that, they still knew that those chosen would be out of those who hadnt been in SH before so it was still kinda fixish lol

Why? It is totally boring having the same pattern every week. BB can no longer stop them discussing noms. This year the housemates tell each other who they dont like indicating who they are going to nom. I prefer BB changing the rules anytime they like. They are meant to be running the show. That is what BB is meant to be.

The only thing they have to do is let us know who we can vote for.

Gstar 28-07-2013 09:12 PM

That would have been a good twist lol.

rionablue 28-07-2013 10:55 PM

Any twist that keeps Hazel and Dexter in the house is fine by me
