Good Ol Sam

Sam went up in my estimations tonight there was no ****ing about he just got Dexter told straight haha :joker:

I think Dexter was kind of at a loss how to reply to him tbh.

Raph 30-07-2013 10:22 PM

Agreed. And I also really loved how he genuienly had Callum's back about the Charlie thing. I really like their friendship and it'd be amazing if they ended up the final 2. Two proper nice lads.

And Dexter listened to him and took it on board. :pipe:

smudgie 30-07-2013 10:23 PM

I am loving Sam.
Hoping he finishes top 3:hugesmile:

Jake. 30-07-2013 10:23 PM

Agreed, wasn't nasty with Dexter and just told him how he felt.

Tozzie 30-07-2013 10:23 PM

to be fair I thought they both handled it well, there was no animosity and they finished the conversation with no bad feelings. Sam admitted Dexter had never actually been rude to him personally but was talking about door holding etc in general.

Yep,Good lad!Dexter thinks he's above Sam somehow.

smeagol 30-07-2013 10:25 PM

there was nothing to it. dex just wanted to know what he meant by rude as rude means being nasty as well.

Yes. Dexter is very good at taking some often very harsh criticism. He listens and tries to improve. He went from 10 nominations to 4, so he has made a lot of effort to get on with people. It must be hard for him, because he has dispraxia. He struggles in social situations.

Kate! 30-07-2013 10:27 PM

It was brilliant, he showed Dexter right up. Dexter hated it, you could see the cogs of desperation turning, he tried to weasel out of it by rattling on about yeah but I haven't been rude to you personally Sam!

In the end Sam sealed it by saying yes you did because when I ask you stuff you ignore me. Well said Sam.

Kazanne 30-07-2013 10:27 PM

Dexter only wanted to know as he said he knew now what to do to avoid Sam nominating him,so it's really all about him again.

Kazanne 30-07-2013 10:28 PM

Sam is my fave along with Gina, one of these two would make a great winner for me.

Kate! 30-07-2013 10:31 PM

Sam finds it tough in social situations too.

As for the bollocks Dexter spouted about going from 10 nominations to 4, lmao at that one, there are far less people in the house now than when he got 10, he's still getting a high proportion of the possible votes. Duh Dexter.

Yeah,Dexter also tried saying "well if that's all i have to do for you not to nominate me".lol,As if Sam should'nt nom him again if he holds a few doors open for him.I think Sam realises Dexter thinks he's somehow better than him by now.

I didn't see that Dexter was shown up or hating what Sam was saying? He was trying to take on board what Sam meant, I can't see whats so wrong in Dexter doing that but some people have tunnel vision regarding Dexter. He and Sam ended the conversation quite amicably with Sam explaining to Dexter how he is rude and Dexter accepting his explanation. I know Dexter is unpopular with a lot of people but its not fair to look for things that aren't there, I think Dexter haters would have loved it had Dexter got angry or nasty but he didn't, if he had then people would have had every right to go hating on Dexter, it doesn't matter what Dexter does the people who really dislike him are going to look for the negatives but I personally didn't see any on either side

Dexter has dislexia and dispraxia. He struggles in social situations. But he's trying very hard and is slowly getting on better with the housemates.

Kate! 30-07-2013 10:35 PM

Bottom line, dexter is arrogant and ignorant and Sam's nomination brought it home, but even then dexter was only bothered because it got him votes.

Dexter is still second on most polls and third favourite to win. He's still very popular. ;)
