How do Atheist feel when Allah said in Quran he turned sinful people into Apes?

Never understood this notion, really. Apes are super intelligent animals and very beautiful creatures. Setting aside the fact that I don't believe in a creator and do believe we evolved from a common ancestor, why turn evil sinners into apes?

That's like asking why a criminal wasn't made to serve imprisonment. Since Atheist believe in evolution and insult human beings as apes, hence why should they be upset if allah turned bad people into apes lol.

Umm... humans aren't apes, they're just members of the same family (at a push you could say that the family is 'Great Apes', but that's a bit of a misnomer).

And, I don't see how it is an insult. As I, somewhat unsuccessfully tried to explain, apes are wonderful creatures.

My point was: why would 'Allah' select apes as the creature of choice for evil people? Apes and swine. Again, never understood why swine were chosen. Never really understood the disdain for swine. Pigs are great. They're very clever creatures.

Why not turn bad humans into, I dunno, giraffes and shellfish, to pick a couple at random. Why all the piggy hate? Why the gorilla goading?

Incidentally, we already are animals. We're just very, very clever ones.

Religion in general is a load of old shit characterised by inconceivably hateful and downright sickening attitudes towards certain groups (a complete contradiction of the God of love) and there's actually stone-hard proof for science, so I don't tend to pay attention to silly quotes like that.

So you expect God to love you even if you denied him or if you committed a murder and rape you want your creator to love you? Are you insane?

If you read the verse and the story allah did not curse good people but the people who committed sinful behaviors after warnings and warnings. Its like an offender got several warnings but still continued with his criminal act, would you love that person? Our creator will at least expect us to return him back with what he's given us with all the foods and creation, expect to do good righteous deeds and worship who created you and me.

I was on about the horrific attitude towards gays and women in the Bible and all, especially gays. Please don't tell me that you're comparing natural, perfectly normal tendencies to the likes of murder and rape.

The Bible was changed by people over the different periods so you will find things that goes against God and homosexuality is forbidden in all religions, because God made a man and women to breed and for survival of humanity.

Only 6% of the whole worlds population don't believe in God, that shows the massive evidence of existence of God, there has to be 1 creator that created the world. I already feel sorry for you of your outcome in the next life, what if you was wrong about the non-existence of God, what answers will you have for the creator? Islam is the only religion that believes the oneness of God, there is 1 creator and he has no mother or father, he has no gender, no image, Islam came for whole of humanity, Allah said Prophet Muhammad PBUH is the final messenger for whole of mankind, compare to Christianity where Jesus only came for the Jews and Israel, Judaism only believes no one else can be Jewish if their great grandmother wasn't Jewish, Hinduism is only a religion of India with several hundred's of Gods in image, Islam is the only religion that was sent for the whole of humanity, Islam means submission to one and only 1 creator.
