Behavioral Expert, Dr Pam Spurr's Accent

Is she American or something? I was watching her again on BBBOTS. I also can't believe she's only in her early 40s, but that's an entirely different story. Anyone know where she's originally from, or at least what type of accent she has?

Not a clue I'm afraid but for some reason I always mishear Emma and think her name is Pam Sperm!!
