The pizza stealers should face severe consequence
I think the people that took the Pizza that they didn't win on last nights HL show should get a pretty bad punishment.
Not because of WHAT they did (taking pizza isn't really a big deal) but for WHY they did it. When they were saying 'I'd go to jail for a slice of pizza', it really diminished the jail system. The point of jail is to try and stop HM's breaking the rules but if they see the punishment as worth going through then the punishment should be more severe. I say that they should either be banned from nominating next week, make everyone but them immune from being nominated or even just put them up for eviction. Although it may be a little harsh, it'd put them in their places and they will think twice when they try and walk all over Big Brother like this again. It's all about principle and if Big Brother wants to maintain an authoritative figure then they need to take action. |
Yeah I agree they should have received some form of punishment.

All 8 of them should have been in there, that would have been hilarious

Gina and co getting punished was funnier though tbf

I think it was disgraceful that the others were punished for it. The onyl way to stop them would have been physically restraining them..and they would have got into trouble for that too :bored:

It's a typical BB move to try and cause animosity between housemates and stir things up but they forget that the reason they're supposedly doing that is to make better viewing for us.
It falls down though when they end up just annoying the viewers by punishing the wrong people. Making sh*te viewing to hopefully, somewhere down the line, make better viewing just cancels itself out and is completely pointless! A new production team is many years overdue now! Sort it out Channel 5. |
The punishment was a mockery of the system. It was funny for the viewers and unexpected. But it was no punishment at all for the crime. In fact, the perpertrators all smiled with satisfaction. One of the twiins even taunted the HMs in jail. No feeling of guilt or remorse at all.
Punishimg the innocent for the crimes of the guilty has been an effective deterent in past series, but only when the whole group were punished for the transgression of one or two people. It worked because: a) the actual transgressor is punished as well. b) the transgressor felt guilt. c) the transgressor felt fear at being put up for eviction by the rest of the group. Sure it was a funny twist, but it destroyed all feeling of order and authority in BB. Why? because the perpertrators of the crime were, in fact, rewarded. I really hope they put all the perpertrators up for eviction, or better still, take away there right to nominate. |
Yeah I agree they should have been punished, but the smugness of them all really got up my nose, especially The Twins when they went over to the jail to talk to Callum & co, it really annoyed me.

I hate when BB does things like this. It's how we lost Nikki in BB7 </3
