I don't think I fully understand what they are, is it people throwing real champagne around, if so why?
If so it seems a terribly elitist and wasteful thing to do.

I'd participate if someone else was footing the bill. I guess they come from the F1 celebration thing.

I can understand that after winning a death defying F1 race celebration thing... but just throwing it about on holiday?

Maybe its like a adult version of water pistols.

My brother wanted to do this at his birthday party, but I told him not to. It's a very "look at me" type of thing.

I really don't get the hype about champagne... in the words of Ke$ha, it tastes like piss to me :dazzler:
