Sam the man back in his rightful place

http://www.oddschecker.com/tv/big-brother

He has regained his place as favourite to win the show :dance::dance:

Chuckyegg 06-08-2013 12:56 PM

Hope he can get his facts right between now and then.

lippyzippy 06-08-2013 12:56 PM

fair play to him hes worked hard to get back there....I alsways suspected when the house got less crowded we would see the real sam and he would shine
he shines like a beacon in there as the most genuine by miles
I don't want to see just a bunch of thespians acting the whole time, I like real people and hes been totally genuine....far from perfect , but I also reject the dull label on him....its only now hes gettinga chance to be heard and seen....hes a very under rated chap, he made seven grand on deal or no deal....not bad for a chap who can barely hear and doesn't know the alphabet, for which sophie cruelly mocked him...shes one to talk

Hope Sam stays favourite with the bookies, as they rarely win :) So I am glad he is back there.

karezza 06-08-2013 12:58 PM

A boring, incidental, irrelevant, quiet, dull-as-ditchwater, worthless, reticent, silent, withdrawn, uninvolved housemate should always win Big brother.

Vanessa 06-08-2013 12:59 PM

After watching last night live feed i'm glad Gina went down.

Jack_ 06-08-2013 12:59 PM

This is anything but a good thing

He would categorically be the worst winner this show has ever seen and one of the least deserving winners of any British TV show ever made

Just no. Crown him the winner and enjoy your dull series next year when you get people using the 'dullard' strategy as a gameplan which is ****ing ridiculous

smudgie 06-08-2013 01:00 PM

Sam all the way for me, and Gina has dropped from grace for me hope she drops even further in the betting.

Gina and Dexter slipping faster than a rat down a drainpipe

How about we just give the crown to Margaret the oyster.

I know you really mean what you say Jack, but it never has worked that way and it won't change now.
BB will always put a good mix in, and try as they might, the H/M cannot all pretend to be nice for any length f time they try...but fail miserably.

what an unpleasant and wholly inaccurate load of nonsense

hes been great

hes given his best to every single task, been loyal to his friends, represented himself, his friends and family superbly....hes cracked 100001 jokes, mostly awful lol hes flirted , hes played, hes had a few beers, washed aload fo dishes, always given his genuine opinion....shot down anyone who lies and sh*t stirs when he hears them that is....hes been a beacon of light in a house full of shadows and darkness....all of this whilst being virtually ignored and spoken over and abused by sophie and lied about behind his back and patronised because of his deafness.....I had to laugh when he said last night, if he goes on anymore I may have to just turn this hearing aid off lol

hes a blinking hero to me.....try going a day 90% deaf then try it 24 hours a day on live television in a small house with a bunch of attention seeking ignorant selfish idiots

sam is the least boring, hes interesting in people, in sports, in women, in music in comedy in friendships in honesty ,in being a role model to inspire others.....he has standards and values below which he will not fall

if you had to leave 1 million pounds with any of these people to look after for a week, who would you choose? yes that's right sam.

the bores were sallie total idiots screaming abuse and offering nothing else
sam is great and he will get greater now he has his chance to shine

If I went in I'd certainly consider the bore option as a game plan, it's a surefire way to guarantee yourself a place in the final. Just sit on the fence, don't say a lot, don't do much and that's it, you're booked in and with the dullard worshippers support you actually stand a chance of winning too. It's ridiculous, nobody should be encouraged to be a dullard, it's so counter productive (vote to evict holds a lot of the blame for this too, e.g. last night's drama could actually lead to one of those involved being evicted, whereas with vote to save it'd secure their safety...I mean it's obvious which is the better system), being a bore should be discouraged and any non-entities should be removed in the quickest possible fashion.

All in all crowning Sam the winner would be crowning him the least deserving winner of this show ever. The winner is effectively given the title of the best housemate of the series (but LOL with the winners we've had in the past that's certainly not the case), and he is without a shadow of a doubt not the best housemate of the series, there's just no disputing that. He's far and away the worst housemate and for him to walk off with £100k after he's offered nothing to an entertainment TV show would be an absolute joke

Yeah, and his late night talks with Gina. Great lad.
I suppose you see what you want to see.

The first few things you listed are all very well and good and of course can't be argued against but um...that's not a reason why he should win.

Look, I've never said and would never say that he's not a nice guy, of course he is. He's probably the kind of person I'd be friends with on the outside and would go for a drink with, I think it's really respectable what he's gone in there for and on a personal level I've felt quite sorry for how isolated he's felt due to the other housemates not taking into consideration his hearing difficulties. He's a nice person that's for sure but unfortunately for him this isn't real life, it's a TV show and an entertainment one at that. And he has contributed nothing. Well, I say nothing...the only thing he's actually done in eight weeks is have that minor argument with Sophie and the small disagreement with Dexter, and whilst it was nice to see him finally contributing to the show, it's far too little too late.

I couldn't name a single other thing he's done all series long and since he's brought **** all to an entertainment show to crown him the winner of it and effectively give him the title of best housemate (which he isn't) would be a real injustice.

Already addressed this, I have a lot of respect for him and have felt sorry for him but that doesn't mean he deserves to win.

Well obviously, I've said this a few times throughout the series that if I were the secret millionaire and this were real life, he would have the money instantly. But it isn't real life, it's an entertainment gameshow on TV and I watch Big Brother to be entertained and to come on here and to talk about it and he's neither entertained me nor given me anything to talk about other than 'what is the ****ing point in him?'.

He shouldn't just win because he needs the money the most, Big Brother isn't a charity. He might deserve the money in the real world but in the context of this particular TV show he's probably the least deserving.
