Charlie the "Manipulator"

I don't hate her, but I just want people to open their eyes and see what is really happening.

On tonights HL's between Charile and Sam's conversation she was really trying so hard to cry, Everyone knows this for fact that when you are about to cry especially in the middle of a conversation, you will try to wipe it, but no she was desperately trying to fall some tears out of her eye, that was when I was sure that she is playing a victim role..

HM's and the public have been manipulated and forgot what really had happened why they were all(except Sam who was probably asleep at that time) against Charlie after the F&F nom. They were all questioning Charlie why their F&F's nominated and called her that and that, and then Hazel found out from Gina and Sophie that she was backstabbed behind her back by her "bestfriend" in the house. and when Charlie was trying to defend herself with what was said by their F&Fs against Charlie and her friend Sophie, Hazel was walking around waiting to explode, and when Charlie mentioned Hazel's name that's when another story begins:P

I am to tired, LOL, I don't want to keep on and on and on......

Just open your eyes people

:conf:...I think you need some sleep.

joeysteele 07-08-2013 11:51 PM

I am not taken in by her, I really have no time at all for her, she is almost hopeless.

Kizzy 07-08-2013 11:52 PM

I agree, if they took the letter I out of the dictionary the woman would have nothing to talk about!

:joker: Absolutely, it drove me mad tonight the time she got on the highlights show with her miserable moaning and 'poor me' stance.
It was more like the Charlie Travers depression show.

Kizzy 07-08-2013 11:59 PM

I am no good at confrontation I am working on expressing myself in here I am bad for always saying the wrong thing I have never slagged anyone off in here I am on a personal journey I I I I I I I......

kate2013 08-08-2013 12:03 AM

Please evict her Ive only got two arms and ive already chewed off one to smack her with.

kate2013 08-08-2013 12:05 AM

I cant bare another minute of hearing her whine about how SHE feels. Wheres that bloody cucumber?

kate2013 08-08-2013 12:09 AM

someones run her over with a fashion truck from the 1980's

Winkie Expand 08-08-2013 12:15 AM

Ugh @ the way she "mmm"'ed and "yeah yeah yeah"'ed her way through her chat with Dexter.

If she's not trying to cut someone off to finish their sentence, she does the "mmm" thing to essentially do the same --before the sentence is even out she has to indicate that she's 'got it' and clearly she seldom does.

If she'd shut up and listen during conversations she might not experience communication problems in the house.

Then whoever she is boring to tears says something and she goes 'yeah yeah yeah', and quickly goes back to I I I.

Wasn't it just? I suppose there is no chance of her being evicted Friday? Maybe we could all form a praying circle and see if there is a God?

What I didn't like about Charlie tonight was how she kept going to different Housemates and started trying to weasel her way back in with them by using the false tears.

But nobody else seems to spot it, or they just choose to ignore it.

Withano 08-08-2013 01:45 AM

Because she didn't wipe away the tear that was never there, shes manipulative?

Excellent post, I'm dismayed at how gullible the general public are. Granted, Charlie has played a very clever game up till the weekend when she was conclusively exposed as a backstabber. Then, when she is again exposed and cornered by the F & F noms, She tries to turn on the waterworks and pulls the victim card.

Don't expect the general public to see the truth or be sway in anyway when you presents the fact to them. Just be glad, as I am, that there are at least some people who can see through Charlie and people like her.

I never saw her tears as false. She was absolutely treated appallingly last night and I know if I had been treated that way I would have not only had lots of tears but probably would have told them all where to stick as I walked out the door. Hazel was pissed off with Charlie the second she heard the nomination and it was going to kick off whether Gina and Sophie fuelled it or not. That was very clear in her face. I totally think it was all about taking the focus off of the Daley comment for Hazel. I don't think tonight was weaselling either, I believe it was trying to put right what was blown out of proportion by the wolf pack the night before.

This is just silly. They all have to nominate. I do think some of hers were back stabbing but no more than any other housemates have been. As far as the twins ones, she never said anything horrible and she told them what she said when she did it.

Having said all that, I haven't been a fan of Charlie at all, I just can't stand seeing people attacked by a wolf pack mentality like Charlie was the other night.

camertone 08-08-2013 02:15 AM

get charlie out!

charlie is the real evil in the house, it's funny she has fooled so many people in and outside the house. she is master manipulator, she is the oldest in the housemate and yet she acts like the youngest and naive. she plays people off with each other. i have seen her mean, cruel, heartless, and selfish side of her too many times. she repulses me!

Good one :joker:

south12345 08-08-2013 08:40 AM

Charlie is hardly a manipulator, more someone with insecurity issues who feels that things being said about her, and peoples assumptions of her, are wrong....
Charlie hates the notion of people disliking her so is talking through her issues with each person. She has every right to defend herself, just as the other HMs do. It may not be great TV to watch but blame BB who edit the show and contrive to cause disharmony in the House. They are the true manipulators. The HMs are but the puppets whose strings are being pulled....

You only have to look at her Peter Pan style and manipulating mother to see where she gets her ideas and lifestyle from. She is defo not normal and has a plan but exactly what it is can be confusing at times as it seems to involve everything from sympathy votes to sex triangles. Defo not worth the effort of a vote to win for me.

Of course Charlie is a manipulator.

She manipulates people into feeling sorry for her. She manipulates people into liking her by playing the victim card. She manipulates HM's into opening up on their real and true feelings about other HM's. She manipulates HM's into giving their true and honest feelings about situations that have arisen in the house.

She is a needy, self-obsessed little girl who very cleverly gets HM's to feel sorry for her and without them realising, encourages them open up and openly discuss their true feelings of other HM's which she may then use against them when the time is right.

But according to her Mum it's OK because she's just on a journey! :bored:

anne666 08-08-2013 10:39 AM

She couldn't manipulate herself out of a cardboard box.

I am not convinced by her tears either Mock, in fact tears can often be used when people know they are in the wrong themselves and not others.

If her tears are real it is because more likely, she realised she has been caught out and exposed by Gina's bf and the Twins Mum,very often the truth, when it is unpleasant, hurts the most.
Hence ther eason for those tears more than likely for me.
