Charlie - sly as hell or just a BRILLIANT gameplayer ?
 

From the start I was looking for a nice person, good entertainer and great gameplayer to win.

The public love a nice housemate.
Arguably this is Sam but the public know Charlie is a good girl deep down.

For all her annoying dithering (I'm now convinced this is HER gameplan !), few would argue she seems incredibly good natured.

Is she entertaining enough ?
Possibly not but certainly no worse than Sam. (but remember her great rap and the endless "love triangle" of mystery)

But most of all she is playing a SUPERB game.
Now what is that ?

Postioning yourself favourably in the house to gain a tactical advantage.

Examples....

- Keeping Callum and Dexter on her side without committing a thing (and nominating Callum at the same time !)
- Forming an alliance with Gina before standing up to her.
- Making supposedly "silly thoughtless comments" (that are really very well thought out) that rile Gina harming Gina's chances
- Making Dexter look bad after he votes for Sophie in the "free pass" vote and then getting accused of "Ripping out" Dexter's heart.
- Blaming it all on her inability to think properly !

Even John McCririck thinks Gina's picking on her ! :laugh:

Q. Why did she want to go LAST in the twist ?

So that she could turn things around on Dex and call out his gameplan.....

By Dex NOT going last, she KNEW Dex had every chance of taking the largest amount ! (but he probably wouldn't !)
Remember in the HL last night, she was questioning Dex's "gameplaying" motives the night before it all happened !!!

She's not stupid !

Now she has passed the sincerity test with flying colours and has Dex (and the twins) right where she wants.
Pawns in her "pure moral stance"...


Also carefully notice in this one below....
How Dexter knows Charlie has rumbled him and tries to turn it into a
"If you were selfless (confident he knows she's not really !) you should have taken a pound"

Immediately after leaning on Sam's shoulder (another huggy friend !) Charlie hits straight back in a LOUD voice, sneakily putting them ALL down saying:

- Sam would have taken the money !
- Dex would have gone highest (like her)
- twins hmmm not sure (but hey, they didn't go highest either so she wins too !!)

Now when you eventually SEE it, you might think it's just sly or unfair just as I did.
Yes, I've exposed several of her CRAFTY "techniques"
I've often taken the hump massively at how she fools the public so well (and blamed her for it)

But really the point is, that's partly being a GREAT gameplayer ! :thumbs2:

The more I think, the more I marvel at the genius of the girl. :)

She may not be popular (yet) but she's risen massively in my estimation overnight.

Think few really understand her yet she's still liked.
So for me she has to be one of the best GAMEPLAYERS BB has ever seen.

At this rate, I'll be dumping Gina and going for the "golden girl" ! :)

She's also the closest HM there in with a bit of everything.
I urge you to appreciate her superb gameplay and offer her much deserved support.

Don;t be fooled by her being last up before Hazel last week - that was purely tactical voting and partly a response to her sucking up to Gina (but now she knows the public knows although she always knew herself ! )

I really think Charlie could end up as the shock winner everyone overlooked ! :shocked:

Charlie is sly, manipulative and annoying. She has no chance of winning. She will be evicted tomorrow.

Being sly but coming across as nice and sincere is a great trait to have that deserves huge reward.

No chance she'll go tomorrow after the twist last night.

If she did it would be a TRAVERSty.

she is playing a game she is very sneaky. she said she loves mind games and arguing i think half of what she says and does is her playing those mind games on people.
like the nobody loves me thing. even though they all do n she had 2 guys after her all series lol. sneaky

I have nothing but praise for the way Charlie has handled this whole thing. And full marks for being a nice person. She has been savvy enough to keep that rabid bonobo ape (Dexter) at arm's length too.

Any "gameplayer who plays a gameplayer" deserves massive respect.

Dex thinks he can manipulate the love triangle to his advantage but sadly he's not as smart as her.

I just love the way Charlie drops these little comments !

She went into the diary room in the HL last night and said she's frightened to talk to Gina.

After Gina said she felt uncomfortable with her (in case she dropped a "silly comment")

You can tell Gina is rapidly p1ssed off with her too.

Gina took Charlie into her possy as her close mate thinking SHE was Queen Bee.
Now Charlie is backing off and using things (and Dexter) against her !

"Best mates" BEFORE Charlie is next to leave the house ?
To "not that close" AFTER !

Gina is smart herself.
But she can only bitch and talk to the camera.
She can't outsmart her. (least not yet)

For a very long time I just thought Charlie was just being really naive, stupid and dizzy.

Charlie isnt sly or manipulative she's just a needy pain in the arse one of her absolute worst qualities that has drove me up the wall for weeks is she will listen to someone that doesnt like her and take there opions on board but when it comes to people shes close to she completely ignores there advice .

She's not really close to them at all.
She just appears to be and people are sucked in by her.

Just got to look at her and Gina (and her and Hazel !) to see how quick things change.

It's no co-incidence - these things don't just happen for no reason.

She is defo a sly gamer but alas she aint that savvy and is confusing herself with her own gaffs.

Not really - sadly it hasn't done him any favours at all.
She's come up smelling of roses though.

Like I said, sure she planned it all by going last.

If she was a 'SUPERB' gameplayer then she would be on course to win.

There's only every been one truly amazing gameplayer since I've been watching (BB7 onwards) and that's Aaron from BB12. He's the only person to go all the way and win from playing the game.

She probably won't win because she's too uninspiring (entertainment wise) to watch.

Superb survivor and manipulator though.

Some of the lines Charlie uses in the first vid are CLASSIC...

"I can't understand where you're heads at" (ha ha yeah right !)

"This means too much to you as far as I know... (haha because she could be wrong. Sure ! ;) )

"I don't have a logical brain I'm not as smart as you..." (pffft !)

"The person who went with the less money was clearly gonna walk out with it.
So therefore in a way it was the most greedy.
That's how I'M seeing it !

Shes just a bit of a drip.

It might save her from going on friday but it wont save her from walking out first in the final she just isnt popular .

You may well be right although a lot can change in a few days.

We know the sympathy vote can work wonders with the public.

All the others (even Sam) are shooting themselves in the foot.

I hope some can now perhaps understand her gameplay better, see it as a GAME and jump on board her fanclub.

Not a fan of Charlies but she had Dexter worked out and she was right.

Charlie destroyed hazel totally, yet no one seemed to have even noticed. brilliant game player

I had not thought of Charlie in those terms but I must say - you have presented a very well illustrated case...

she has destroyed all her enemies and will make 4th place having done almost nothing, she hasn't even been straight with people...yet she is still loved by the masses? shes very crafty indeed...
