Suggestion please: shows like bb and where to watch?
 

First off I love big brother and cannot seem to get enough I am also interest in the AU and US versions if anyone knows where to watch them. I also like shipwrecked so anythinhg like that. Thanks

I'm not a big fan of it these days.:shrug: It was MUCH better in the early days but the last Season of it absolutely SUCKED!!!!

I still think that 'Survivor' is the best show of this type ever!!!! It's not quite what it used to be because of this ridiculous fad of insisting on bringing back competitors from previous Seasons instead of having a completely fresh cast every Season (the best way imo!).
The 'Not hiding the Immunity Idols well enough' thing has gotten absolutely RIDICULOUS too!!! When you can find an item that's only 3 inches square that's been hidden on a huge Island or area of coastline then it's pretty obvious that they're intentionally 'hiding' them in obvious and easy to find locations!

Back in its heyday Survivor was AMAAAAAAZING!!!!!:cheer2:
I didn't actually start watching it until around Season 10 or so because that's when i discovered how easy it was to watch International shows on the Internet but it was awesome back then and i got hooked straight away and had to seek out every previous Season and download them all and watch them back to back in their entirety!

There's a Swedish (?) series along similar lines that supposed to be good but it's uhhh...........in Swedish! I think it's called 'Expedition Robinson' or something like that. I watched a few episodes with subs but it just doesn't work well with this kind of show watching it with subtitles.:nono:

I've only seen the last series of shipwrecked and I'm sure the ratings were low as it was on e4 I think. I loved it, to me it was brilliant and I liked the format a lot where people dont get evicted so if they game play well enough they can win it, were as in BB some big characters got voted out first. Its more gameplay based but it is also interesting to watch as a social thing. There was a lot of ganging up the last season to the point where a group managed to get 'votes' for each other and manipulate the game which to me was AWESOME tv.

Hey what seasons of survivor are the best and most like shipwrecked/BB I want good social stuff like BB thats what draws me. Also how many episodes are there and is it weekly like Shipwreked or once every few days.

I like the current US show Capture -- if you like Survivor, give it a try.

MTV had a funny show called The Assistant years and years ago that was a spoof of a bunch of shows -- the Bachelor, the Apprentice, Survivor, etc. It was about Andy Dick trying to find an assistant. Episodes are on youtube.
