‘BIG BROTHER’S BEST FRIEND’

TX: C5 Tonight, Friday 16th August, 9pm

Big Brother was feeling lonely yesterday and decided to make Gina their VERY best friend.

Big Brother chose Gina to take on the secret mission. Gina was called to the diary room and told that she was to become Big Brother’s new best friend for the day.

Big Brother provided Gina with an ear piece. Through this ear piece Big Brother provided various tasks that their best friend must do around the house without anyone realising.

The best friend hits will be the following:

Gina proved herself an excellent BFF to Big Brother and successfully completed all of the missions set as BB’s new bezzie:

She insulted Sam’s appearance.
She stole some fake tan and deposited it in the store room.
She made up and spread an outrageous secret, implying to the housemates that she’s had a phone the whole time.
She told Charlie she wanted her to be evicted on Friday.
She threw a big strop.
She threw Sophie’s dressing gown in the pool.

As a result, Gina won a meal for her and another housemate. She chose Sophie. They were rewarded with a take away last night.

BIG BROTHER: TASK
‘GINA OF THE LAMP’

TX: C5 Tomorrow, Saturday 17th August, 10pm

Gina and Dexter have become the genies of the house, granting wishes and making the housemate’s up for eviction possible last day in the house as comfortable as possible.

HOW IT WORKS

The nominated housemates have had a tough week and now Gina and Dexter will be making their life easier.

Over the course of the day, Gina and Dexter will be responsible for doing everything around the house and fulfilling the evictee’s every wish, fetching drinks, packing their suitcases and working the showers.

As an extra, Big Brother will also offer the 4 evictees one special wish that is chosen in the diary room.

Each time a housemate gets called up, BB offer’s them a selection of envelopes with a category on it (e.g. FOOD, RELAX, ENTERTAINMENT). In each envelope is a task that has to be carried out by the genies, this could be to cook a favourite meal, put on a show or even a massage.

This will have to be carried out by the Genies or they risk failing the task.

If they pick:
FOOD- Genies will cook a housemate’s favourite meal.
RELAX - Genies will give housemates a massage
MUSIC – Genies will sing a song for the housemate
GAMES – Genies will play football with the housemate.
BEAUTY – Genies will do the housemates make-up.

Glad to see BB still aren't making this the Gina and Dex show as that would be favouritism. Oh wait...

Well, they are the two not up for eviction, that task wouldn't really work otherwise would it. ;)

Wasn't Dexter amazing last night? I knew he would never choose Gina. Now Ginxter are both in the final! :dance:

I must say I am happy both are in the final. Now if they could be the final two would be even better, alas Sam will be blocking one or both of them from that. :(

We need to get Sam out, Ben. A bore should not make the final. He's favourite to go right now! :dance:

Gina had yet another task before this one - Usually in BB those up for eviction get more coverage but they're blatantly engineering it so it's all about Gina and Dexter this year for whatever reason (no doubt an upcoming CH5 Gina reality show).

I would not be happy with either of them doing my makeup....or cooking for me....I wouldn't be wishing very hard.

Am not hating on them before anyone jumps on me....I'm just saying

how many tasks have they been given now,LOL,may aswell say the shows over and give one of them the dosh(hopefully Gina):hugesmile:

I'd be fine with Dexter doing my hair. He's worked for Tony&Guy. :amazed:

Just in case there are a couple of hermits living on the Hebrides who haven't already realised that Big Brother's best friend is Gina, they give her ANOTHER task.

where is the relevance in this post to this thread? It is not about getting Sam out, it is about a Gina and Dexter task.

Day 65: The Gina of the Lamp task



They may not be up for eviction but Dexter and Gina won't be lazing around the House today – Big Brother has a task for them.



The pair will become genies, granting wishes and making life as comfortable as possible for their fellow housemates.



In fact, they will be responsible for everything from fetching drinks to packing suitcases.



We may even see Gina pumping the shower!



Each of the four evictees will be granted an extra special wish. The wishes will be selected in the Diary Room and will be as follows:



FOOD- Genies will cook a housemates favourite meal.

RELAX - Genies will give housemates a massage

MUSIC – Genies will sing a song for the housemate

GAMES – Genies will play football with the housemate.

BEAUTY – Genies will do the housemates' make-up



The nominated housemates are in for a real treat!



Will Dexter and Gina keep up the magic or will they rub housemates up the wrong way?

Day 65: Dexter and Gina rub housemates up the right way




The Genies have been rushed off their feet all day fulfilling housemates every wish.

After setting the pair to work in the kitchen, Dexter made over Sophie and massaged Charlie – that was Charlie's wish not Dexter's, we promise.

Sam's wish scored him a footy set and with Gina in goal, it was quite a game.

Jack and Joe provided the most entertainment demanding Dexter and Gina sing for them. A rousing rendition of I Will Survive followed much to the delight of all housemates.

But then Big Brother suggested the housemates get really creative prompting a series of less pleasant wishes. Sophie and Charlie had an evil ask for Dexter – downing a raw egg!

Dexter did as he was told.

Big Brother was thoroughly chuffed with the Genies' efforts and rewarded them with a plate of doughnuts to share with the House.

****ing stupid. Why make another task for Ginxter, they could have easily given a different task to suit the other 4, 3 of which barely ever gets tasks.
