Sam's sexist comments - edited out

HMs including Sam himself have always alluded to the fact that he says offensive, sexist and misogynistic comments, but this has barely been seen on HL show.

When Sam was looking at his 'blued-out eviction portrait', he told Jack he might be evicted for his constant rude comments about women. Yet, we've barely seen any of this.

Dexter in magician task said Sam says 'any hole is a goal' and we know he told the knife thrower assistant to show him his fanny'. Plus he and Callum were disrespectful to the spray tan women.

I haven't watched enough LF, what are we missing?

This can't be a C5 thing because even without LF, we still heard BB12 Anton and the Wolfpack make sexist comments about women.

Roy Mars III 16-08-2013 12:58 PM

his behavior is disgusting

karezza 16-08-2013 12:59 PM

Apparently Sam said the following during the Knife throwing task to the glamorous assistant:

"Flash your gash for free pie and mash" and they edited it out.

CaudleHalbard 16-08-2013 01:00 PM

I think BB played with Sam's "Doing this for disabled kids" narrative and edited accordingly... possibly through gritted teeth (especially the female production team members)!

Now the truth about Sam has come out by other means we may see more realistic portrayal of him. Not holding my breath though!

InsertUserNameHere 16-08-2013 01:00 PM

What has he said?

Vicky. 16-08-2013 01:00 PM

It was quite interesting that Sam himself thought he would be coming across badly because of crude comments.

Natalie. 16-08-2013 01:01 PM

He is disgusting

alex_front2 16-08-2013 01:01 PM

I am for a bit of banter but being crude to visiting women who have come in to do a task is vile

Kate! 16-08-2013 01:01 PM

Dexter talking about rodeoing was also hushed up, and there are probably a good few other things various housemates have said and done that haven't been shown, this isn't anything new.

Yep, even Sam knows he's gone too far, but we're being fed 'nice cute cheeky Sam'

We don't have to have anything hushed about Dexter, he came into the house saying 'look guys I am Mr Sleaze, I am sugar daddy, I have 4 women on the go.' Dexter owns it.

CaudleHalbard 16-08-2013 01:03 PM

We only see about 5% of what goes in the house when they are not sleeping.

The other 95% must contain all sorts of stuff that nobody outside the BB team will ever see.

alex_front2 16-08-2013 01:06 PM

C5 have edited to make Sam look cute and innocuous. If Sam looked like Victor or Anton he'd have his crude bits included to play into a stereotype, whereas Sam gets cheeky boys from the Welsh Valleys edit.

Im_Juz_ChiLLin 16-08-2013 01:07 PM

Chuck sleazebag Sam out through the diary room he does not deserve a interview the way he treats female guests inside the house....

karezza 16-08-2013 01:09 PM

Sam's sleazy face makes me feel sick.

:yuk:

alex_front2 16-08-2013 01:11 PM

How many times did we see Anton in BB12 make crude comments about women? And that series had NO LF....

And you can't say 'aaw Sam is young' Anton was the same age as Sam...23

smeagol 16-08-2013 01:13 PM

they keep editing out his stuff, bit like his doin it for the death ppl speech last night

alex_front2 16-08-2013 01:17 PM

But C5 didn't edit Anton BB12 out. They are playing on lazy stereotypes and it's seriously pissing me off.

Sam gets nice cheeky chappy task even though he's been offensive
Gina gets mean task eg Queen Bee, fake letters and now Diva task.
Sophie gets 'awww dope cute Sophie' task eg her reaction when her reaction to events was recorded in house
Twins get fun tasks eg Dexter and Gina task and get rewarded with food carvey food in DR
Dexter gets tricky magician task which causes slagging off and making Sam disappear.
Question, what prize did Dexter get for this?

With The way he treats and talks about women you can see why he has never had a Girlfriend .

Exactly.

I thought Sam is 23, he's a decent enough looking guy. He could easily get a girlfriend. Now we know why.

well it wasn't BB gave him a warning

Raph 16-08-2013 02:38 PM

What about Dexter saying "i'll stick it in you"? That was far more crude and offensive in my opinion.

We had a whole show dedicated to that? :conf:

And its only crude if you chose to take it that way. It clearly wasnt meant like that, which even Callum acknowledged

When did Callum acknowledge that? He was made to feel worthless by that horrible man.
