Gina plays a blinder of a game on the HL
 

In the bedroom early on, Gina says Dex and Charlie are having a "showmance".

When Dex and Charlie are in the garden, Gina is with Sam in the treehouse.

At some point Sam asks "Is Dex using Charlie ?"
Gina says no !!! :shocked:

When Dex and Charlie go "deeper", Dex says to Charlie:

"And keep getting knocked back !"

At 0:16 Gina put's her hand over her mouth like she's shocked at hearing this supposed NEW news about Charlie !

Before WHISPERING to Sam "why am I getting knocked back ?" (turn up the volume !), questioning Charlie's motives to Sam.

She later also has a joke with Sam about the confetti to make him warm to her more.

Later in the HL (not on the above vid) she says Charlie likes the attention. (which is true anyway !)
i.e. getting Sam more on HER side than Charlie's.

This is harmless tactical gamplaying and is a GOOD thing in BB IMO.

Gina is using her influence over Sam (who is also friends with Charlie) to cast doubt on Charlie but making her ally Dex (it's 2 v 3 !) look sincere.

Gina's played a great game many times before.
Love or loathe "playing the game", she shone brightly again tonight ! :)

Just saying Gina's playing a superb tactical game by making alliances and skillfully using them to her advantage in the house. :)

I really think she's a good girl too deep down and must admit, I'm starting to quite fancy her too actually ! :)

As a floating voter I'm torn between Gina, Charlie and Dexter
But for many reasons really think Gina's starting to come on strong at the finish.

I'll probably keep the avatar with Charlie though.

Yes she did, Im a bit confused though, you seem to be saying positive things about GIna in a negative way?

I thought she was funny in the tree house. One of the good things about Gina is her three friends in the house, Sam, Sophie & Dexter, do not like each other, and yet you never see Gina slag one off to another, she has a laugh with each but always makes sure they know where she stands, ie: telling Dexter that Sam was at least honest to his face

She is a loyal friend if she likes you, and that is a rare thing

That is one of the best point being made in favor of Gina winning so far. People can call her a bitch all they want but like Sophie said on BotP tonight, if she cares about your she lets you in fully and opens up.

No honestly I'm not (or I don't mean it to sound like that)
I'm saying it's a good thing because it shows she can play the game WELL to help herself inside the house (and without hurting anyone too)

Can understand some people might see it as immoral but personally don't think it's wrong at all.

Interesting you say that cos said much earlier in the show about what she offered in terms of pure entertainment and leadership to the show.
Which along with Dex, she certainly has !

But what's really touched me more than her undoubted ability and likeability is how she's grown into a really thoughful, straight-talking, loyal caring woman that many questioned ever even existed.

She really is one worthy role model in so many different ways.

I think this post is pointless. I saw two friends making a joke of what was happening downstairs, I think people read to much into what everyone says. Just like Charlie.

I constantly have this "gameplaying" debate - for me gameplaying(if it indeed is) is good !

A lot of people seem to have this idea that it must be wrong if everything they ever do in there isn't 100% non-gameplaying when it's set in a gameplaying environment.

Remember as far as the camera is concerned, it's not ALWAYS "real life" ALL the time in there ?

Do you have any issue with HM's occassionally acting in front of the camera ?
I don't - they ALL do it occasionally.
Doesn't mean they're fake or nasty people though !

Exactly the same as you see on camera ?

My point is, just because C5 say Devious Dexter's playing a game, no need to assume anyones fake or on any mission "to BE a bitch" just cos HM's occasionally might act differently in front of the cameras at certain times to gain an advantage to help them win the show.

If you see it as "taking advantage of people" then you need to remember it's harmless and they're ALL (well >80%) playing the game to win the game.

How about "attention seeking"...
Well what would you do if the public were voting for their winner of BB ?

If they can use certain situations to their advantage, are they not meant to try to win ? :conf:
And does it make them bad or not genuine people if they do ?

All I can say is, no-one (including me) knows exactly when HM's are acting and when they're not.
We sometimes think they're acting when they're not and vice versa.
Not that there's anything wrong with it anyway of course...
