Seriously.. this is basically my theory as to how Sam won.

Girls on Facebook, Twitter everywhere, most probably casual viewers of the show, caused this for the most part. Tweeting to all their friends 'OMG its Big Brother final this week and have u seen sam??!? omggg he totally looks like Harry from 1D! OMGZ LUSH!! VOTE SAM!! <3 <3' or.. you know, stuff like that. -_-

As soon as I heard all the teenies mindlessly screaming his name, I winced and knew he had it in the bag. Of course, he gets the sympathy vote too, but my personal theory is he got crowned the winner in most part due to the 'young girl' vote. (and maybe some of the older ladies too)

I know some of you may tell me that he is 'the public's winner' and he was rightfully and deservedly crowned champion, but I will tell you right now that is complete BS.

So anyway, thoughts?

Reasons

-Harry Style looks
- young white decent looking male (so doesn't have to work as hard as a 49 year old Asian woman to win)
- deaf sympathy
- bland and innocuous not to attract a sizeable 'anti vote' ala Dexter
- may be dull but doesn't do things to pi $$ people off
- a few nice tasks eg comedy will artificially bulk up air time in later stages
- being seen as nemesis to' arch villain' Dexter
