I cannot believe that after the brilliant Secrets & Lies series they've soiled the Big Brother franchise with this hot ****ing mess.

I forced my way through the first two nights (and BBBOTS) and I get the impression that even the presenters realise that this is a horrible, boring series.

Depressing.

I find the highlights on Day 1 are always boring as it is just a rehash of launch night Apart from the 3 new HMs who they were all expecting at any rate so that was a bit of a damp squib.

I'll give it a few more days before deciding whether to continue.

Given it takes at least a week for the civilian one to get underway properly, that sounds like a plan.

These people are so unknown that they can't even suss out who each other are.

Learning your place can be painful for some. This CBB is a big, depressing room filled with vapid people all coming to the harsh realisation that they actually belong within this group of never-weres.

The live feed was great fun last night, this has the potential to be a really good series. Nothing wrong with the housemates at all, they all have something to offer.

There's potential here. Plenty of opinionated "celebs" to guarantee some rows. And Charlotte will go all German scat at some point.

I don't get your point, you acknowledge BB14 was great, that was a houseful of unknowns? the word celebrity is applied very loosely these days so for me I try and forget any preconceived ideas and judge how they are in the house. Its far too early to say the series is boring, and if it is it may be a legacy from a boring winner for BB14 :tongue:

Aside from that Irish girl they are all actually known celebrities rather than the usual mixture or celebrities, people who were in the news ONCE for something and glamour models who nobody knows... need I remind you of last year.

2.1 Claire Richards - famous 10 years ago
2.2 Frankie Dettori - sportsman but relatively famous
2.3 Gillian Taylforth - famous about 10 years ago
2.4 Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt - famous
2.5 Lacey Banghard - WHO??
2.6 Paula Hamilton - Famous about 20 years ago for being in ONE advert
2.7 Razor Ruddock - a never was famour footballer famous for being a lout
2.8 Ryan Moloney - one of the more famous ones in that year
2.9 Rylan Clark - yeah famous for being crap on a talent show
2.10 Sam Robertson - WHO
2.11 Tricia Penrose - if you consider being in heartbeat famous then yeah

Of last years cast only 3 maybe 4 were actual bonifide celebrities tbh. This year even Charlotte whos the least genuine celebrity is more well known than most of those has beens above.

As I said aside from the Irish woman whos inclusion is frankly baffling.
