BBC news a toothless joke
 

watching the bbc news these days is like watching john cravens newsround years ago....its dumbed down politically correct western biased drivel...dictated by a radical liberal agenda....they've probably got about 1000 words they cant even say and 100000 stories they can even do

who dictates the policy and the stories? who decides we get 24 hour news coverage of a baby who hasn't yet been born? the interminable coverage of the freeloading dictators in the palaces? the endless cover ups, the whole smugness that somehow they are more objective and honest than other news networks...their US elections coverage was light years behind the americans with infinitely less details too

oh then the funny bits, who decided we had to get about 10 years of beckham non stories on the main news? what a boring man...who decided the fact boys get more pocket money by 20pence a week actually made the bbc news and repeated it on the radio every 15 minutes for 24 hours? who decided we ignore Africa for years, yet dwelled on Syria and Egypt and the gaza strip instead? the whole show is a sham and is hopelessly biased imbalanced and lacking any teeth whatsoever

the only people who tell us different is the bbc themselves

Isn't that the truth, Truth.... yes completely agree do not watch BBC News for the reasons you state. In fact I'm suspicious of all the main News media channels as they only report what they are told to report and most of that is to reinforce someone's political agenda.

Tend to watch a mixture of News channels incl RT,Al Jazeera,Sky,France D etc to try and get some sort of balanced view.

I totally agree with you , i've been naffed right off with BBC news for a very long time , very often they will show a quickie of something very current in an early lunch time news and thats it ! never gets shown on later progs - they have decided to bury it and as you say report on total rubbish like Beckham !! The public are treated like moronic sheep - it seems to revolve around what the Tory party decide we can hear.
Same with Question time - what a laugh thats become as week after week the Tories spout the same ole, same ole tripe !!
I really could go on and on about the terrible so called 'news' or lack of by the BBC -Its total rubbish
