Lauren harries the enigma
 

No this isn't a hate thread it's my opinion.
Lauren seems to have a good heart and suffers due to past and present medical and mental issues. She has a strong fan base due to her antics in the house but let's look at her negative points as well.
Her mother has driven her career and is not a nice woman. Lauren is not as stupid as she will have us believe. She has organised and completed a successful campaign to get into the house and when she let's fly, she comes accross As anything but cookie. She eats lives and breaths bb and knows how to get attention. She warned everyone that she walks into walls so she must be funny. On the 3 iccassions I've seen her fall they have all been in front of a large audience and always on her side.
She defunately knows how to milk tge sympathy vote and in my opinion she could teach dexter and the like a few things on game playing.
If she wins it will be yet another bb driven fav but I suspect they have a spin off show in mind so not surprising to see them edit her over the line.

Whereas Sam just slept through BB.

I really don't mind that Lauren knows BB inside out, it is much preferable to someone who has never watched the show. Listening to Bruce in his interview you could tell he never watched the show, same with Ron and Dustin (although Dustin knew enough not to reveal himself in there with regard to anything negative being used over and over again by the media). I like when people go in who know what its about, and that is what makes Lauren, Sophie, Courtney, Carol, Louie, Mario and Charlotte and even Danielle, love them or hate them great HMs. I also like it when they go in and try and do something other than pretending to be dumb, unfortunately Charlotte has let herself down on a few occasions on this.

Tonights show she tells Courtney if you don't have a prenup goodie you get half of everything. Money grabbing seems to be right up there for Lauren. Who's pretending now eh. She is so switched on to money.

Lauren is from a family of scammers and started her (his) own scamming at age 10, under their instructions.

So we shouldn't be surprised.

And this is NOT a hate Lauren thread. lolololol The public love her get over it.

Your obsession with her blinds you to understanding facts from fiction. Reporting facts is not hatred it's news. No likey no reedy.

You are the one who created this thread and are very obsessed with Lauren and then by stating in your original post that this is not a hate thread to then go on and post hate towards princess Lauren you expose your hatred towards the nations sweetheart.

I agree with the sentiment in your post , I like a lot of viewers like Lauren but do not "get" why she is so far ahead in the viewers choice of winner of CBB, I know she is amusing and eccentric but she is also nasty, vindictive, bitchy and sometimes just plain wierd in her behaviour. I for one think Carol has provided the most entertainment out of all of the HM and is my front runner to win, but sadly I think Lauren is chosen to win this series of CBB...!!!

I don't understand why she is the favourite to win, she's played the transgender card to many times for my liking. And channel 5 obviously want her to win, so that puts me off her even more

I completely agree. I was totally pissed when that boring Sam won and now it does seem like they are setting up Lauren to win this one. I dont see why the public like her so much. Sure she is putting on this act right now but underneath she has such a vindictive, bitchy money grabbing way about her. If she wins I will believe the whole thing is rigged. I dont believe the young British public would pick her over Mario or Charlotte. But I can see that CBBBOTS wont have a thing said against Lauren and they are definately setting her up as a winner.

Mental issues and mentally ill? She has been diagnosed medically with mental health issues.

Lauren has been diagnosed with depression, agraphobia and has attempted suicide, you know this yet still call the girl a fruitloop.

Totally agree.... she is not stupid as we know but how she is playing the victim card....the dopey accident prone character. I dont fall for it and hope she does not win!!!

I like her because she makes me laugh a lot and she's in there having fun. I don't see her as vindictive or bitchy and why does it bother people if people are 'money grabbers' wouldn't most people like to grab at some money, I know I would :tongue:
