Who really cares?

At the end of the day who really cares who wins CBB and if you do why?

Its not going to change anyone's life, in the house or for those outside looking in.
They have already been rewarded, even before they enter the house, so its not as if financially they are going to be better off by winning.

They have all had their moments of controversy with what they do or what they say but at the end of the day its just a title and not one that's really going to further their career.

With BB there is a reward at the end of the show and that was enough incentive for me to want a particular winner. It wasn't the title that was the issue for me but who got their hands on the lolly....

MachoPoodle 11-09-2013 09:23 AM

I don't really care. The finale is usually the most boring ep of them all, imo. I do get irritated when someone I really dislike win sometimes, but other than that it matters very little to me and I'm usually over it pretty much straight away.

Nedusa 11-09-2013 11:04 AM

I don't want Lauren to win.......but then I didn't want Sam to win but he did, so what do I know.

Lauren to win...I guess !!!!

Jemal 11-09-2013 11:06 AM

I'll be honest i want Courtney and abz to win, and i don't want Charlotte to win. But if any of that happened or didnt happen ill be over it in 1.5 seconds.

Northern Monkey 11-09-2013 11:08 AM

I don't care who wins,The only one i like is Courtney and she has no chance

CaudleHalbard 11-09-2013 11:11 AM

I don't care. Just want it to be over now. :(

If you feel this way you should not really watch BB,It is a show where fans get involved ,its all about liking, disliking the housemates ,I dont think its the show for you

smudgie 11-09-2013 11:34 AM

I am loving it this year..I don't really really like or dislike any of them.
Could not care who wins really.

If shove came to push I suppose Louie, Carol and Charlotte have amused me most so that would be my top 3, but just not bothered enough to vote.

I disagree... You don't have to "like" one specific lab rat in order to find an experiment interesting... Sometimes, the situations and Interactions themselves are fun to watch without actually liking any of the participants. There have been a couple of BB and CBB years where I've actively disliked every person but still enjoyed t.

I would say I would LIKE Lauren to win, if she doesn't though, so be it, life will go on as normal.

Toy Soldier 11-09-2013 12:31 PM

Well Lauren winning would confirm how susceptible the general public are to being hoodwinked... but, that's hardly news.

Pincho Paxton 11-09-2013 01:58 PM

I see it as a social experiment, and the winner dictates the society that we live in. If Carol wins society is broken, and needs to be fixed, if Lauren wins society is caring, and England is good... etc. TV creates the world we live in, and that's why I thoroughly scrutinise all of the details that CH5 presents.

Vanessa 11-09-2013 02:03 PM

I just want someone entertaining to win. As much as i love Abz, he's not the best housemate in there. I don't think he deserves to win.

Totally disagree. It is not compulsory to have likes and dislikes.

I do feel compelled to watch it though. However, I shan't be sorry to see it end and to have a few months break from both BB/CBB and TiBB.

So now Charlotte has won what does that say about society as a whole?

It means there are more scat lovers than previously thought and they must have swung it for her.

Nothing other than that most people didn't bother to pick up the phone!

smudgie 14-09-2013 10:02 AM

It means nothing about society as a whole, just that she was the one that won.
Down to her popularity and entertainment value.

I think I care at the time, but literally a minute later I am over it

Patricia4 14-09-2013 10:12 AM

When I knew she had won I switched off.

Was that when the Daily Scum published the result half an hour before it was announced to the believing public by an announcer who said without a hint of humour "NOW were are about to see who won" when the entire Internet had known for the previous 30 minutes?

Marc 14-09-2013 12:06 PM

Some people care.. Maybe even enough to create a thread about it

Those that shout loudest often use their phone more, and get radiation damage! :joker:
