Well done, Channel 5 you really know how to schedule your programmes!
"Live" final interrupted for an hour by Celebrity Spa, then the final Final of 35 minutes will be prerecorded as is their apparent favourite trick to annoy the viewers or is it to generate more money?

C5 are now using Bb's popularity to launch new shows eg Love/Hate, Under The Dome, Wentworth and it's getting silly now. If bb was doing less well in ratings this wouldn't happen

They're using the "captive audience" to try and generate an audience for 3rd class shows, hope it works in reverse, if they lose the interest of BB fans what are they going to sandwich BB with?

Yeah noticed this when they were advertising that celebrity spa through the week.

The last time it was because of Under The Dome starting..

They are trying to get the BB viewers to stay on that channel for their 'new' shows.

Which all points to BOTS also being prerecorded and presented as "Live"

So the phone segments are not live.

They really HAVE to close the phone lines if they are prerecording so we'll see.

To be fair they are trying to grow as a channel and Under The Dome and Wentworth have proven popular due to the lead in from BB hence Channel 5' share on the up and literally tail gating Channel 4 but I agree its super ****ing annoying.

Splitting the BB14 final damaged its ratings big time. The 2nd half lost about 400,000 viewers due to it being on so late to make time for Under The Dome but that may also be partially due to Sam winning aswell lol.

Atleast Celebrity Spa actually bares similarities to CBB and isn't just a random blockbuster type show randomly sandwiched in between a reality show.

To be honest though I think these new shows would have a more stable audience or even grow if they had their own night dedicated to them and not mooch off Big Brothers popularity.

8.30 - 9.00 "highlights of the housemates' past 24 hours ahead of the finale"

Love/ Hate was a good show.

I actually like Wentworth.

Wentworth is ace, and I liked Cell Block H.
