Always thought he probably had quite a lot of self control to be able to do what he did and not get ridiculously huge/unhealthy

I love to hate that prog, he may have the self control to get his weight back off post series.
Thing is why does that prog advocate gorging? Watching him stuff fatty meat in his mouth while he trues not to vomit? :yuk:

..yeah I read that he always had a very strict regime when he was doing the programme and took medical health advise over it all..I think he probably always knew that it would have a very short shelf life for him....he does look great now though
