The voting lines re-open and results change atleast by one percentage every time. This can't be the real percentages.

This is true however those percentages do not add up to 100%, these do so they give a better measure about how close/victorious a housemate was.

Yes. They don't add up. And that's because they only reveal the 5th place Craig's in 5 way vote result, only Kinga's in 4 way vote result.
