Stella English who took on Sugar is now Unemployed

http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/...nglish-008.jpg

She is on Ch5HD Wright Stuff
this morning she lost her husband has 2 kids
and is still going to court this week to pay costs
of her lost case.

And she confirmed she is Unemployed.

Why did she take on Sugar
all the stress got her husband to leave her.

Hmm, It was an odd case you would have thought a solution could be found without resorting to court action.
If she didn't feel challenged then another position could have been sought that did within such a large organisation?
Is she suggesting she's effectively blacklisted?

Well
her case is well known
it seems the Court Case
and her husband walking away
has dented her.

She had a rough life as a child.
And was brought up by her Auntie Stella

Kizzy 23-09-2013 09:40 AM

It would do wouldn't it the stress, how is her childhood relevant to this business decision?
I really wish her well though she was my fave on the show, let's hope she can get over this and become successful in her own right.

arista 23-09-2013 10:03 AM

She said her Auntie
made her stand up for herself
and that she can do anything.

I hope she can afford the Court charges.

Maybe she could go on the ITV1HD Jungle
as she is Very Tough.

Kizzy 23-09-2013 10:11 AM

No that's a terrible idea and would just prove 'Lord' Sugar right that she is just fame hungry. Becoming successful herself in business would be the best way to prove she is strong.

She iame across well on the Wright Stuff. I assumed she'd throw a few insults in Sugar's direction but she was mature and fair when discussing it.

Sad :(

Samm 25-09-2013 06:18 PM

Her husband left her now she is Unemployed poor her

GiRTh 25-09-2013 07:50 PM

Daft cow, Sugar was right about her.

Shaun 25-09-2013 07:53 PM

"Sugar was right" lol

MeMyselfAndI 25-09-2013 08:03 PM

I think she was right over Sugar, he just had better lawyers

Vanessa 25-09-2013 08:05 PM

She was never going to win this case. Not against a millionaire.

MeMyselfAndI 25-09-2013 08:07 PM

A billionaire, yeah she had no chance at all no matter how much proof she had

GiRTh 25-09-2013 08:14 PM

I dont see how people can be sympathetic to case TBH. As much as I dislike Sugar he did fulfilled his obligation to her; if she wasnt happy with the job then there are other options than to sue. I'd like to know if she was so brilliant why wasnt she headhunted by another firm with a much better offer? If my memory serves me right none of the Apprentices are still working for Sugar other than the last couple so they all leave but why is she the only one to have sued?

RichardG 25-09-2013 08:17 PM

Isn't she the one who had a really well paid city job in business already before she applied to the show? If she is, I bet she regrets leaving it. I have never understood why she quit such a job to come on a reality show.

MeMyselfAndI 26-09-2013 01:38 PM

Shes paying ZERO costs Arista, you're wrong she won this court case

Yes they gave her pity

Lucky Break.

but she Still has no Job.

MeMyselfAndI 26-09-2013 01:46 PM

Nope, she was just right. Sugar was lucky in the first one that his lawyers probably have 100% success rate as he probably pays them millions and only gets the best of the best, Stella beating him in this one has just broken that

She was stupid to do this fight
Sugar has his job
She has nothing and no fella

Hang on...

Stella English has revealed that she is "broke" and wishes she never took part in The Apprentice.

English was earning £85,000-a-year as a trading floor manager at Japanese bank Daiwa when she applied for The Apprentice. Her boss had even offered her a £15,000 pay rise not to do the show.

She was earning £85,000 per year before the show and offered an extra £15,000 not to take part... that's £100,000/year. Yet she rejected the offer and instead took part in a reality tv show in which where was only a very small chance she would walk out earning the same amount? Wow

arista 29-09-2013 03:59 PM

Yes because she thought going
on BBC1HD would mean she gets even better
money and future.

Her big error was to take Sugar to Court

Yeah I suppose she probably thought that working for Sugar would give better promotion opportunities etc, it just seems a little silly to me to reject such a well paying job on the off chance she might earn some more in the future. There was no guarantee she would win the show.

arista 30-09-2013 07:23 AM

Yes was on DaybreakHD
crying at 7:23AM
she has 3 homes.

She said one is going to the bank
the other she can not sell?

Her fella has left - she keeps saying.

She wants to move on.
- well get off the TV.
