We only moved into this house about 8 months ago so everywhere still looks pretty fresh..

Going to change the main wallpaper in the living room and main bedroom after xmas though.

Hubby painted the whole house in the past 15 months. However we want to put some tongue and groove panelling on the bottom half of the wall in the cloakroom.

Kitchen, utility and cloakroom could with a new floor as well.
We will wait until next year when we intend to get a new kitchen.

I seriously doubt that your utility room is Male, the clue is in the name of the room :idc:
