Mike Barton - Durham Chief constable - drug laws

Mike Barton - Durham Chief constable - does he have a point or is he high ? 30.09.13

lets start the war,
to parliament from the street,
i want to highlight the money claw,
it may be "bitter" but will turn "sweet".
you are loosing billions,
can you not understand,
drug takers are in there millions,
you might as well shake the "Cartels" hand.
Mike Barton wants a "open debate",
don't press the pause,
lets see whats on the plate,
we might just cook up a applause.
step in the "home office",
there income they don't want to enhance,
do they represent a conservative "posh boy" " coke" novice,
can not understand there stance.
so what would come if we "legalise",
would addicts on our streets shower,
like "prohibition " in the US 1921 exercise,
it will instantly take away the dealers power.
"crack and heroin" users have dropped,
so has decriminalization got a case,
like everything the "con party" has flopped,
the stall on the inevitable is a disgrace.

( i do not trust any figures from our government and always treat them with caution. i do feel that we are loosing the battle on drugs and it is costing us as a society and also in money. if it was legal then users can pay for it and it can be taxed and pure and they would no what they are buying, where as it stands, you have to trust your provider. as normal if you would like to reply - please can it be in poemstyle. thanking you. you can read the website i got my info from here BBC News - End war on drugs, says Durham police chief Mike Barton )
