Runs on Electric plug in
you can move it to the place you need to be warm
and you set the heat limit you prefer

Cheaper than using gas

And this model has a small Fast Fan heater
so you can get warm instant.

do your math

This cuts the bills

I have 2

Lidls monday 21st

Kizzy 10-10-2013 09:50 AM

are you sure they're cheaper than gas?
Is that available from or untill oct 21st arista?
Thanks.

They cost a fortune to run. I had these when I first moved into my flat, and couldn't work out why I was paying so much for bills. I soon made the decision to get central heating.

I'd advise against buying these.

Yes as central heating is not used as much
so the Gas bill - just hot water is under £40

Not this model
as you have total control of the heat level

Using this instead of gas
Saves big Cash

I know as I have cut my bills
on gas over years now.

This Model - You do not know

I don't want to burst your bubble - but mine had heat level controllers on them, as do most of them, and as do radiators.

They will drink your electricity.

Yes but the Massive gas Bill goes Down

this is a tall model

Can you not understand
the gas bill is a problem
So with this Electric Radiator
it stop the High Gas Bill

Kizzy 10-10-2013 10:22 AM

Swings and roundabouts though...
At the mo my gas bill for winter is high and electric low, won't this just reverse that?

Josy 10-10-2013 10:24 AM

I have this exact one apart from the colour, mines is white.

They burn next to nothing. in fact we often forget to turn ours off overnight and even then it only burns a few pence.

Kizzy 10-10-2013 10:33 AM

That'll ding dang do for me then :)
Actually my mum has one, it's an older model so may not be as energy efficient but might borrow it to see how much that uses overnight, thanks josy.

Sure
you have to work it out.

Kizzy 10-10-2013 10:49 AM

Wait... is this like heating 1 room for a £1(one oil filled radiator) or the whole house for a £5( gas central heating) in a day?

Cherie 10-10-2013 10:52 AM

as an aside Ive just gone into my British Gas account and fixed until Oct 14 and been told my monthly direct debit will drop by 40.00. :suspect: will wait with interest for this to happen, what is more likely to happen is that my DD will fall, but then my energy bill will go into debit and I will end up owing at the end of the year.
