Find it hard to concentrate whilst reading/studying/relaxing ?
 

Or you just want some kind of background noise for when you are trying to do these things?

I've always found listening to music or the radio to be distracting to be honest. After looking through youtube I found sound effect videos that range from thunderstorms to nature sounds, and have found them great to just have on in the background

If I am reading a book or even watching TV, I hate any other distraction.
Terrible concentration level as I am getting older.
