What is your greatest cookery achievement?

I could just about make toffee cheesecake in Food Tech in GCSE (yes I did food tech, me, this other guy and then 18 girls)

Josy 24-10-2013 02:26 PM

Rice Crispy Cakes (being serious here, I am no good at baking/making sweet things)

But cooking in general I can make about anything I attempt.

Drew. 24-10-2013 02:31 PM

Not much of a chef.. Probably a mac and cheese I made during food tech at school.. That was the only time iv made it and it was great

Josy 24-10-2013 02:32 PM

Instead of Food Tech we had Home Economics, we learned to cook stuff and also to sew.

Niamh. 24-10-2013 02:33 PM

My delicious Mulled Wine I make at Christmas, does that count as cookery?

Beating David and Thomas C in the Tibb cook off a few years back, David's skinny soup and whatever Thomas C made stood no chance against my Chicken

I made a tuna and cheese toasty in the oven once

MTVN 24-10-2013 06:40 PM

Can safely say I've never properly cooked anything in my life, I have a rule which says that you should never spend more time cooking food than it takes to eat it

So does salad cream!

I think my greatest achievement was making a lasagne from scratch

smudgie 24-10-2013 06:44 PM

 not one to brag...but becoming the cook/manageress at the tender aged 19.

Black Dagger 24-10-2013 07:09 PM

Pot noodle ngl.

But I was a bit creative and put it on a plate and gave it some garnish, I am daring.
