silly sayings

just a couple of silly sayings that have for some reason being bugging me lately.

1 is at the end of the day.... then they go on to say whatever is on their mind. Well actually at the end of the day it night!

Another one is life is too short, well it isn't if you live until your nineties is it? Id say it was far too bloody long I couldn't think of nowt worse than shuffling about in my 90s.

Any silly sayings from you lot?

"What time do you call this?"

"What's for you won't go by you"

Don't come running to me when you fall and break your leg!!!!!

mizzy25 30-10-2013 03:53 PM

some good ones there guys keep them coming. I myself have a terrible habit of saying *you know what I mean?*
A guy I used to work with always used to say *Im not being funny but....*
I have a friend now who often says *no offence* then preceeds to say something that is offending.
