Just what has Kim Kardashian done to her face

The newly engaged star's forehead looked perfectly smooth and there was barely a hint of a wrinkle under her heavily made-up eyes.

Her top lip looked extra plump in contrast to pictures of her taken as far back as 2006, before the Kardashian family reached the dizzy heights of reality success.
Admittedly, Kim's face has undergone several changes over the past year after she became pregnant with baby North, born back in June.
The weight gain meant her already prominent pout became larger, which she attributed to having 'pregnancy lips.'

She doesn't look natural to me on the left. On the right she looks naturally beautiful.

If she were to smile the same as the image to the right she would probably look very similar.

She's smiling on the bottom one sort of. I've seen more articulation in a barbie doll.

Yeah but that's a closed mouth smile if it were an open mouth smile it would be the same, regardless she is gorgeous!

If she did open mouth smile she'd look about the same(lips), I think she's really beautiful.
