MY eYELASH TRAGEDY... (update Y'ALL)
 

This is possibly the worst thing that has ever happened to me.

i was curling my eyelashes yesterday morning as I prepared to get ready for babysitting and my hand slipped, pulling out a huge chunk of my eyelashes.

these are all the eyelashes I pulled out.

it didn't hurt at all because I was that horrified by what had happened.

i knew by the feeling that I had ripped them out, i didn't feel any pain because there was that awful sense of foreboding... i know what had happened and i didn't want to look

I must of been one of those moments where you can't believe what happened.
I once got a cotton bud stuck in my ear whilst watching BBBOTS and It felt surreal, as silly as it sounds :p

Can you not like glue them back on?

Didn't you also get a finger stuck in the radiator?

Apply some oil before going to bed each night and they should grow back quicker and fuller.

Coconut/Almond/Argan/Castor, any of those oils will work.

I think normally they take about 6 weeks to start growing back that's without any help.

Superglue should do the trick.

i googled and its only 2 - 3 weeks it takes.... thank god

but yes, i think i need to find some oil

They sell Argon oil at Home bargains for like 99p, so I'd get It from there

Poor love, I wouldn't put any oils on your eyelid it's too sensitive.

..awwww, Caitlin..:hug:..if it's any consolation, when I was much younger, I cut all of my eyelashes off and when they grew back..(which wasn't very long..)..they grew back even longer and thicker than they were before and have stayed that way...I think Josy's suggestion of putting an oil on is a good one as well but that's up to you if you want to do that because they'll grow back anyway....
