The Nuisance Law
Apparently Her Majesty's Govt. is to vote on a new law that will ban anyone causing a nuisance. It will effectively make demonstrations illegal.
|
That's not very democratic is it?...
|
Causing a nuisance is already against the law isnt it, I remember that guy who interrupted the boat race being charged with it

I have a virtually non existent knowledge of British law but this brings memories of the Criminal Justice act, complete with opening scenes from Human Traffic. One of those catch all laws that are worse on paper than they are in reality but nonetheless deserve attention as a foreboding of whats to come. I shall read up on this. |

"No? Thought not." is not how you answer a rhetorical question.
Protip : You don't answer it. |
Well it was a question that didn't require an answer as he saved you the trouble?...

In the same way the budgie thinks it is running the mine, sure.
|
We already have Public Nuisance and Private Nuisance laws. I think what's being referred to is the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill... but it's hard to tell.
