The Pussycat Dolls debut album singles

How ****ing amazing were they though

Just a constant string of brilliant songs and brilliant videos

A big fat yawn at everyone who criticised them as being 'strippers' with no substance because I truly believe this is the best line up of singles by any girlband/boyband/group ever (I say singles because the rest of the album was average except for Hot Stuff & How Many Times) and very underrated

Whilst Doll Domination had good songs it was nowhere near the level of PCD

I truly believe this is the best line up of singles by Nicole Scherzinger ever... :idc:

I still listen to PCD every morning when I wake up and every evening before bed

Saph 22-11-2013 04:45 PM

what happened to Timberland? hes vanished

james130 22-11-2013 04:45 PM

Plus, their best single imo was from Doll Domination.

Dunno why i'm being shady though. Loved these tracks.

They bring back so much year 7 nostalgia. They better do a 10 year anniversary reunion/tour

stickwitu is great, the rest are average http://i.imgur.com/dKWz99q.png

I think he worked with Demi Lovato as well. On the album that had skyscraper, give your heart a break.

I'm a straight guy and I'm not ashamed of having When I grow up on my phone.

They were good but I think there ought to be a different name for a group like Pussycat Dolls... because they're not like most girl bands where everyone sings; they're more like some of the line ups of the Supremes (i.e. Diana Ross and the Supremes = Nicole Scherzinger and the Pussycat Dolls) - it's all about one person and everyone else just has to play second fiddle in the background... so I don't think they're the best group or whatever, because I think they kind of exist in a category of their own. Very professional, always very slick, but not a girl group in the meaning of the term that we have come to know over the last couple of decades.

Basically, they are like the Spice Girls only the fact that some of them can't sing is blatantly obvious in this case. They come from a background of stripping. Does this not suggest to you what they are promoting subconsciously? Everything they stand for is what many women in the world today have to battle against; a stereotype. They dress like hookers, a couple of them look like they probably are hookers, they can dance well which is one thing I'll hand to them, but the lead singer is not an attractive woman, yet seems to be under the impression that she is. Mel B of the spice girls was arguably the lead singer, and she was alright looking, but not likely to be winning Miss World any time soon. But she didn't try to pretend otherwise.

What I find more ridiculous is that the lead singer, Nicole Kea? She won a talent competition with a band, just like Girls Aloud, yet people are going on about how trashy Girls Aloud are. So are The Pussycat Dolls. Nicole Kea was a member of a band (I forget the name) which became defunct, so she jumps on a bandwagon with very little clothes on. You simply can not say that The Pussycat Dolls are talented and SOOO much better than Girls Aloud, when they are identical in that they have been manufactured with very little input from the singers themselves (though I am sure the ugly lead singer is an accomplished musician and has tried to have a say, I doubt she was taken seriously) and they both have components of a reality TV show. The one difference is; Girls Aloud don't just parade around in underwear. The first impression I got from watching Don't Cha was that they were a bunch of hookers and Busta Rhymes was their pimp.

Just goes to show what first impressions can do.

Screw 2006 you :nono:

Did you legit just look up my opinion from 7 years ago  I still stand by a lot of those points to be fair. I retract Nicole (Kea lol, clearly got that from Wikipedia) Scherzinger not being hot, she is.

this was some hot shit too

Saph 22-11-2013 09:50 PM

Bite The Dust was fierce

Me. I Am Salman 22-11-2013 09:50 PM

Glad Nicole didn't let any of them sing :idc: she had an amazing voice and it just wouldn't have been the same without her vocals. Athough I did like Melody's verse on Halo (the PCD song not Beyonce's)

MeMyselfAndI 22-11-2013 09:51 PM

Why are girlbands now so tragic, I mean like Stooshe? :laugh3:
