What career are you aspiring towards
 

to those who obv are in some form of education or training

I'm not even sure :/ I'm applying to do linguistics at university (on the brink of sending off my form) because it looks interesting to me and I honestly don't see myself enjoying any other course. With linguistics I could go into journalism, speech therapy, teaching or something along those lines, and whilst I find those quite suited to me and would hate to work in jobs which a science/maths degree would lead me into I still worry about whether I'll be able to secure employment that's both decent paying and enjoyable

Not a clue. I'm in third year uni and still clueless. I'm terrible at this crap tbh lol.

Not sure really, the jobs I'm interested in have little vacancies (environmentalist/wildlife conservation).. but I still want to go ahead and do my degree.

I thought about being a make-up artist as I might as well put my 3 years of art to good use :/

It worries me even more that my brother who graduated with a degree in Maths with Management & Finance back in 2011 STILL can't find a job, when that's 10000x better than what I'm planning to do

But then my other brother who flopped his A-levels and didn't go uni was able to get a job working for the council earning £30k, which gives me hope. Although he got fired a few weeks ago LOL. I'm sure he'll pick himself up though because he has good experience & good links. Plus he was fired from another council job before lmao

Probably end up doing postgrad and then hopefully just staying in academia for ever

No I don't know, my four a levels are completely unrelated and don't combine to lead into any particular career. Not that that matters anyway because I'm pretty much failing them all except for biology. :joker:

I like writing, I like Music but I have no Musicality lol, I like Dancing but can't Dance, I like food but I've never cooked food, I'm quite a good critic of TV Shows and Video Games, but I wouldn't want to hurt the people that make the products feelings if they read my review.

So glad I'm in my final year. I'm doubtful though because I've gone from loving art and graphic design to genuinely being sick to the back teeth of it.

They say try to find something you love so it doesn't feel like work, but I'm worried doing what I love as a job will kill my passion for it. :laugh:

A writer. I did Linguistics at uni Salman, as well as English and it's interesting enough.

I'll probably dabble into the music industry once or twice and pick up a couple of Grammys too.
