does anyone else... (bizzare feeling)

ever get uncontrollably angry at something stupid?

like oh my god, we are moving the furniture downstairs to fit the christmas tree in the living room and we've had to move the loveseat next to the tv and now you can only see half of the glass tv stand. Its making me feel sick. like I have no idea why, but the fact that i can't see half of the TV stand plus the sky box/ps3/xbox etc is making me feel crazy. I'm actually shaking. is this OCD? I have never experienced something like this before.

Ammi 01-12-2013 04:36 PM

..yeah, I think you can have 'panic attacks' about stuff like that, Caitlin..I think sometimes it's a focus of your mind on something 'less important' because it distracts it from other things..so it becomes important..if that makes sense...

GypsyGoth 01-12-2013 04:37 PM

Maybe it's because you're so used to seeing all of the glass from the stand, so when you look at it your brain is expecting to see how it normally is, and when it's not like you expected, your brain is getting pissed off.

I do kind of get like this at some things.

I can't work properly unless my room/workspace/desk or wherever I am is neat and tidy and organised. If it isn't I can get incredibly stressed. Then if I haven't got the energy and somewhere is a mess it'll lower my mood for the day.

Crimson Dynamo 27-06-2014 07:10 PM

Probably too little sugar in the blood

like when people wake up (mainly brats) and are v angry

Cal. 27-06-2014 09:49 PM

If things are messy I get stressed. Once I get stressed I begin thinking about everything I have to do and should do and then after about 3 minutes I'm drawing up an urgent 'To Do' list for the following day.

Stress balls are great for throwing.

You won't break anything either depending on which one you buy.
