So Luke will probably go next week

Sam B is too far ahead in votes to be out, Nick will have huge local support (a country), in fact he was very poor performance-wise but opening show he had a weak slot yet survived. So that leaves the two bottom 2 "veterans" Luke and RC back in bottom 2.

Luke has been here twice before so Sharon won't save again for third time (a la Hannah's fate). Shame.

I think Luke might get his first ever last on next week with a big moment, it might just be me being optimistic though as I think that RC will hit it with Nicholas next week who will probably be abused in the time slots again.

They will never put Luke last. fact. And that's not fair. :nono:

Wow Vanessa if that does happen then his been more mistreated than even Lloyd Daniels in X Factor 6 who never had a last on all series and came 5th.

I wouldn't be shocked if they put him singing first. :bored:

Brother Leon 01-12-2013 11:07 PM

Nicholas opens shows and still avoids B2. Luke has never ended a show, but his running order generally has been much better than Nick's. It will take alot for him to leapfrog Nicholas tbh.

I just want him in the final. After that is game on. :spin:

Mystic Mock 01-12-2013 11:09 PM

I agree with you on that Brother Leon, but I feel that all of Louis's Boys have had it really rough in the time slots this year all because certain acts can't/couldn't cope in the votes.

bwoty 02-12-2013 07:05 PM

fingers crossed

Kazanne 02-12-2013 07:09 PM

I don't think Luke will go,I hope not he is one of my faves,I think RC might go.

Vanessa 02-12-2013 07:13 PM

A rock act has never got to the semi finals. I'm very proud of Luke Friend. He works hard and gets better every week. If he gets to the final, great. If not he'll always have a fan in me. :)

He's not really rock. He's more a bad Justin Bieber with terrible taste in fashion pretending to do rock

Samm 02-12-2013 07:40 PM

It will be between Luke and RC

He's a singer/songwriter, who can actually play the guitar and sing as well. Sam Callahan is the Bieber clone. ;)

No, sorry. Not the same for me. And Luke writes his own sings.

Mystic Mock 03-12-2013 03:09 AM

Ironically the only people I see go on about Luke's hair is his haters because they can't critique his performances as he does mostly well on them imo.

Samm 03-12-2013 07:01 AM

James ather is a **** head, I pefer Luke over him

alex_front2 03-12-2013 10:11 PM

I like them equally but RC will beat Luke in sing off - even if he outsings them as

1) he's been in sing off once more than them
2) as the only black act left they have a section of voters to themselves ( lets be honest even black people in Scotland probably won't vote for Nicholas)
3) The other judges will want to wipe smug grin off Louis face for having 2 acts in SF and even up competition. Louis with 2 acts in final will make him unbearable. Nicole will want to stop his smugness
4) A group in final brings a different dynamic ( the joe McElderry final was flat as there were no groups to fill up stage and give a show stopping dancing performance)
5) RC bring high energy which the 3 solo acts especially Nicholas lack. Joey's camp thrusting entertaining!

What if Luke is not bottom two? I don't think Nicholas is as popular as everyone think he is. :suspect:

alex_front2 03-12-2013 10:30 PM

Luke was one of the best if not the best ( imho) on Saturday, he had a better slot than Nicholas who was quite poor (although the switch with Tamera from 4th to 3rd probably was detrimental) and yet he was in bottom2.

I was in Aberdeen in the week leading up to disco week and there were "vote Nicholas XF banners in a few shops . " Aberdeen. So imagine what Motherwell. Glasgow and Edinburgh must be like now. Although Scottish always assiduously deny local block voting to which I reply "two words: Michelle McManus".

The fact that Sam B is almost guaranteed to go to final unscathed by bottom 2 drama and Nicholas has never been in bottom either almost secures the fate of Luke and RC. The only chance Luke has is going on last. That probably won't happen.

Nicholas - shockingly - is very popular, in fact he's got biggest fanbase by a mile ( OAPs, older mums who buy 1 CD a year from Tesco and dont know how to download, Scottish, Daniel O Donnel fans, disgruntled Westloife fans, 9 yeaR old girls too young for 1D, people who hate modern music or think Celine Dion is too edgy) .

The reason why Sam B will beat him is she appeals to the casual voters, a4nd that's what counts in votes ( why 1D lost to Matt Cardle)
