My favourite omelettes are ham/bacon, cheese, tomato and onion or those lovely Spanish omellettes with potato in them

I have had bacon, cheese, tomato, onions, mushrooms, peppers, chicken, probably more but dont remember.

My fave is just cheese and mushroom though.

I love mushrooms, and I love omelettes but haven't been able to eat them together since I was pregnant :(

Following on from the George Formby Grills thread... I have an omelette maker. Done in seconds, no pan to wash, just wipe the machine. I bloody hate cooking, so anything to make it less painful works for me.
