I've heard a couple of people I know of cheat on their wife to be on their stag..I don't understand it. I don't want to get married but some seem fun to go to :hugesmile:

I would love to have a spa weekend for mine lol, with loads of champagne and beauty treats :-) lol

I know of people who cheated on their stag night and it's terrible! Why get married if your going to do that? It's so stupid!

Yeah I agree, just don't get married, not a good thing to start married life on.

It's crazy isn't it? I have really strict rules about marriage lol I think there are so many people just do for the sake of it and it ends badly. It's really sad!

The cheating thing is like its the last chance to do it before your married. Im not married and don't intend on getting married but have been to lots of hen nights. The spa thing sounds great to me.

I didn't have a hen night. I've only been to one and it was horrific. Only one thing worse than a night out with the girls... and that's a night in with the girls.

Seems a bit tacky to me the whole thing, I don't think I'd even want to mark the occasion.

Speaking about stag nights, that is. Hen nights seem a bit raucous and silly at worst but stag nights just seem to be all about making the groom to be look like an idiot and get him to do stupid **** that he WILL regret the next day and perhaps the rest of his life. Not great.

I had one but I insisted on no daft dressing up or L plates and ****. I reluctantly wore a sash for the meal only.

We spent the day in Edinburgh, had a nice lunch and a few cocktails then went back to the hotel got ready, went out fir Mexican meal, went to a private karaoke place then went to a 70s and 80s club.. There was nothing tacky or horrible done to me.. It was just a really nice weekend with my closest friends.. And no I did not get rodgered at any time :)

Not been on one yet but stag dos are a great tradition, will be the only good thing about everyone growing up and starting to get married, don't think cheating is acceptable though but nothing wrong with a good old fashioned strip club or something like that

Would make a good weekend of it for mine, maybe go somewhere in Europe like Belgium

..I never had a hen night, or a HEN NIGHT..I went for a meal with my mum/mother in law/sisters in law and a few friends but it was just a quiet meal and then we chatted at my friends house until the early hours...a party hen night was just never my thing...I've only ever been to one and I hated it...

I had a hen weekend for mine, I only brought 8 people though and we rented a house in another county, it was good fun. I had a strict no stripper or any of that s**te rule though, I hate all that

I've been to a few... yeah, cringe factor 10 mostly.
If I ever do get married it will be a much more genteel affair haha!

Think I'd be the same as Lee if I ever get married, just go for a meal and a night out with my friends
