NICK knew his performance was poor so he employed his secret weapon, the big guns, yep brought out the tears, guaranteed to get mums, grans from Motherwell to Glasgow will vote. Job done, now in final.

And yeah he did know he messed up the first song but he came back out and done the second with his head held high, good for him I say.
