Jonny\'s New Year Resolutions
from ICNewcastle online
Big Brother's Jonny Regan, 29, may look thin as a rake but he claims he's never been less fit - and he's seldom smoked more! And that's why, come the end of his panto run at Newcastle's Theatre Royal, he'll be hitting the gym with a vengeance and trying to quit the fags. "It's getting ridiculous," says Jonny, who is appearing as the genie in Aladdin and has now left the fire service. "When I went into the Big Brother house, I was down to about five cigarettes a day but that has shot right up. "I am determined to try to look after myself a bit more. It's something I really haven't done since coming out of the house. Some days I simply go without food, just rushing about, having junk food or snacks here and there. "And some nights I just won't get to bed. That has to change. So I'm determined to quite the fags, get back to the workouts and eat properly." Quitting the cigarettes will also help for Jonny's next job. Just days after finishing panto later this month, he is due to start rehearsals for the touring version of blockbusting musical Boogie Nights. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Interesting also to read from this that Jonny has now left the Fire Service - inevitable I suppose - so good luck to him in his next venture. |
Jonny has left the fire service? That is surprising. He probably didnt want to get caught up in the strikes and with his new found fame could find a decent job.
Good luck to the guy! |
How many people DO go back to their original job after appearing in Big Brother?
Let me think now. :conf: Paul  errrr Sandy  Can anyone think of any others? :conf: |
True miriam.:flower:
Didnt Amma go back to lap dancing cause she couldn't find a job or was that just paper rumours?:bouncy: |
I cant think of anyone either
 |

Does anyone know? :wavey: |
Im 98% sure that Amma did go back to lap-dancing because all job apllications were rejected and she missed the money. Then again, I may be wrong.:spin2:

I remember that rumour (or fact) going round the newspapers but im not sure how true it was. It depends on how much you trust the tabloids...

I spotted this on BBfans about Spencer returning to the Ski Store:
CLICK HERE I thought the current last post on the thread was hilarious 'he doesn't strike me as someone who enjoys hanging round with celebrities'! No, much the same as Narinder doesn't!!! |
Its interesting to see on that link that ROB provided that other people still discuss Big Brother - I dont go on many othr sites other than this one and was surprised we arent the only ones that discuss BB - then again we are probably the only ones that still talk about Big Brother 2!! :joker:
|
Also, (and I think it's time to let Miriam have the BB quiz question, she was so close)
PJ either is if you believe this:www.lawyer2b.com/TL2Bfeaturestory2.asp+PJ+Ellis+Big+brother&hl=en&i e=UTF-8]click here or isn't if you belive this: www.lawcareers.net/lcn.asp%3Fi%3Dnew_dsp%26n%3D853+PJ+Ellis+big+broth er++Bournemouth&hl=en&ie=UTF-8]click here |
Thanks, ROB. This sentence made me laugh out loud:
Jennifer Currie finds out if his brush with fame has left him feeling jaded about a career in the law, or just more determined than ever. Will he EVER be allowed to forget?:laugh::laugh: |
I always thought Amma was trying for a career singing - she has got a lovely voice - unlike some others.
Last I heard PJ and Spencer were going to do a radio show - the dynamic duo. Seriously if PJ is thinking to carry on with the legal profession I can see many pitfalls ahead. Most of the partners in the decent firms are old fuddy duddies who would run a mile at the thought of a reality tv has- been working for them and unless they were into the 'my solicitor is that chappie from that tv show who had the **** ha ha' type of one upmanship most of the clients would not want him acting for them. He will have to be 1000% better than anyone else. Sorry to sound a bit dismissive, but the law is a very old fashioned profession and he will have to be super clean to get anywhere.:nono::nono: Why do you think Sunita left early. BTW caught Kate on tv the other day - she was AWFUL really wooden and so self-conscious. |

I've caught her show quite a few times on Capital Radio and, even though I'm not much of a Kate fan, I think she'ss really quite good. I agree that she does come over a bit wooden on TV, so maybe she should stick to radio.
