Wow, what a week does.

There is a huge difference between his return home and the heavily promoted events of last week, most people probably never even knew when he would be flying home...

To have people flocking to see you at an airport you have to A) Be a superstar B) People knowing you're going to be there

Louis said 3x on Xtra Factor that Nick was returning to Scotland thix week.

Straight after losing XF 1D fans still went crazy. Remember reading about Niall being mobbed when he returned to Ireland for Xmas after 3rd place...

It was never about supporting Nicholas and more to do with beating the English.

I am no Nicholas fan but he's been screwed over big time. Feel very sorry for kid. He's going to see Luke, Tamera and RC get contracts and wonder why he doesn't get one, or gets an inferior one and is not a priority. However, I suspect he won't get a contract and will end up like Leon Jackson (minus the attempted career).

I like the kid, but i find his music very boring. That is why i would never buy it.

He is boring but he still should be allowed to release his boring music (like sam b) as there's a market for boring music (see celine deon, westlife)

I think he will get signed. Not sure he can last, but good luck to him. :hugesmile:

I feel sorry for Nicholas as he thinks that the public love him but really it was a big country regional vote that got him to 2nd place, and what's even more cruel is that those same people that voted for him all because they wanted the Scottish contestant to beat all the other British acts won't even buy or want to listen to his Music once he releases some songs.
