How do you cheer yourself up?

If you've had a bad day, what do you do to give yourself a little lift

I like pampering myself, music on.

Marcus. 20-12-2013 02:17 PM

I honestly couldn't answer, when I'm in a down mood I'm generally like it until it just wears off

at the moment it seems to be watching everything that involves avenged sevenfold and I am not joking.

If you're depressed, think of something you like, do it. Pick up the phone and speak to someone you haven't spoken to in a whole and say wa gwan, you never know speaking to someone new might put a new perspective on things, sing, watch your fave movies, go out, take a walk in a nice green area, obsess over a celebrity.

Yeah, I hate it because even people/things that usually makes me laugh just doesn't and my personality just isn't the same
