..being scared/frightened and especially if it's for someone else and you feel helpless...actually, feeling helpless is probably the worst...

When if feels like your stomach is about to fall through your arse when you think you've ****ed something up really badly

When you feel like the whole room is staring at you for something embarrassing when really they couldn't give a **** about you tbh.
