I've had about 3 hours sleep. I need sleep but I can't get back to sleep :bawling: :joker:

I went to sleep 1:30. Woke up at 3:30 for the toilet and then woke up again at 4:30 and have been up ever since.

I can never get to sleep when it's light. The only time i sleep in the afternoon is when I'm ill. So it looks like I'm going to be up for another 19 hours :bawling::hugesmile:

...ahh, at least you should have a good sleep tonight though..I love those exhausted type sleeps, when you're so ready for them...

..I always wake up early but I can never think about food for a few hours, except for a coffee, which is the only thing I have to have...
