How observant are you?

On a scale of one to ten, ten being very observant and not missing a trick, one being virtually oblivious and in a world of your own, how observant are you?

I tend to daydream and be off in my own little world quite a lot, I do notice things, but also miss a lot.

Wait for the poll.....

hhhm depends on my mood I think, I can be both extremes depending on where my head is at on a particular day so I'll go straight down the middle and say 5

Smithy 15-01-2014 02:01 PM

I'm ridiculously nosy, so i'm always watching/listening to everyone

1. I'm very oblivious and that's why I never sit in the front passenger seat when I'm with my family because they all seem to expect that when you sit there It automatically means you're gonna be some sort of "co-driver" who's gonna help who's driving to read the traffic signs, traffic lights, lane markings, know which road should they take etc.

Depends, sometimes I'm really unobservant and other times I'm on the ball, varies on a day to day basis...

Just found this while browsing, watch it and see how you do? It's very clever, I failed miserably.

Ammi 15-01-2014 02:05 PM

..do you mean just in general, out and about..?...I think that I'm probably fairly oblivious if I'm going somewhere/shopping etc but if I'm just sitting having coffee of in a park or whatever, I do tend to people watch...I love doing that....

Niamh. 15-01-2014 02:05 PM

I missed it too

Sometimes I'm totally in my own world.

Glenn. 15-01-2014 02:42 PM

I pride myself on my observations on things. People mostly.

My sisters now ex boyfriend was a case of mine I'm particularity proud of. Worked him out before she did.

I'm always watching people and listening. It's probably a bad thing.

I'm constantly completely oblivious to everything going on around me. I've been interviewed as a witness several times by the police and I honestly think they thought I was incredibly stupid or in on the crime.

Dave will often say things like "did you see that couple arguing at the next table" or "did you see who walked past us in asda" and I'm always completely clueless.

Ah.. Although I'm not very observant, I think I am VERY astute when it comes to working people or situations out. :suspect:

Maybe that's what I mean. Although I did watch the little prick closely.

Crimson Dynamo 15-01-2014 04:02 PM

When I am watching Borgen I can spot an ass shot or a pokies in one frame and will have it rewound in under 5 seconds.

Its a skill and a cross to bear all in one

Yeah me too... I over analyse everything to death, I guess that is being observant but it seems different somehow

Sophiee 15-01-2014 07:35 PM

I'm really observant with most things, though in some ways I guess I'm not since I'm often dreaming in my own world .
