When was the last time you posted a letter?

I've got a parcel I'm going to be posting at the weekend to Australia :amazed: just wondered when was the last time you all sent something in the post? Last time I sent something would have been about two months ago, sending a letter to a compensation company

When I was about 7 I drew a picture of a garden and sent it to my school through post and the teacher showed it in class and stuck it on the wall lmfao

A little over a year ago. It was to a guy I liked on the internet who I'd been talking to for about 2 years. He sent me one too, and drew a picture of mantatee he saw while on on vacation with his family in Florida. It was really nice even though things didn't work out. I love snail mail though, it feels really personal. Even more personal than phone calls i think, because it's personal and it's a real thing that lasts forever.

electronic communications are so temporary. Letters are real things that you can touch and keep forever. Documents of history. I love letters, especially love letters.

I sent a parcel and about 10 cards last month, I would say I generally send letters/cards in the post about 3 times a year though.
