So a Nolan hubby stole from a much loved comic.

And we are meant to feel sorry for Linda and her thieving RIP hubby for what reason.? :conf:

Macie Lightfoot 17-01-2014 04:08 AM

But why are you judging Linda based on something her husband did

Jordan. 17-01-2014 04:57 AM

Considering how quick Jim fans are to forgive his past maybe you should do the say for Lindas husband.

Marsh. 17-01-2014 05:28 AM

We're meant to judge a woman we don't know on something her husband did years ago that we also don't know anything about?

Whatever happened to sticking to what we see on screen in the house?

Ammi 17-01-2014 06:34 AM

..maybe because it wasn't her who stole anything but her husband and that even mentioning it was cruel and also irrelevant to her own character, whether past, present or whatever...

in fairness to Jim though Linda has made it an issue, as instead of going into the house with a clean slate and just tolerating him or ignoring him she has made a point of constantly hanguing him and telling anyone that will listen that she doesn't like him, and insinuating that it is because of past demeanours. The house breaks people I don't know whey we expect Jim to be some sort of super hero who takes it all on the chin and doesn't retaliate, it was a low blow, and as soon as it was out he wanted to retract it, but Linda is not an innocent bystander in all this as is being protrayed in some quarters.

IT's A CRACKER!

As Frank Carson himself would say last nights CBB episode was a CRACKER!

Totally agree....
She knew he was going into the house unyet cannot be civil. Jim has been civil but Linda has had a pop at every opportunity. Now the story is out and thats her fault because she pushed him and pushed him....silly woman.

Samm 17-01-2014 07:13 AM

Stop trying to switch Linda into being the bad person

More than likely because of the fact her Husband got into bother since it was at a show Jim Davidson was doing and it seems Jim was instrumental in her husband's arrest ,it appears she has held this against Jim for likely sticking up for Frank Carson ever since.

She is actually the one carrying the bad feeling on as to it and trying to now humiliate Jim on a public show as her husband was in that incident.

Total double standards again from a Nolan sister.

I'm sorry but from the comments of the hm's Jim and Linda are as bad as each other when it comes to making comments and being nit picky but only Jim got nasty about it.

As soon as it was out he denied saying anything then lied about telling Luisa to ask Linda about it.

This re-writing of history is getting annoying.

They are both as bad as each other for making comments and being nit picky but it's only Jim that turned nasty.

Ohhhhh, that was kind of low of Jim then but I guess that was his way of blowing his fuse

Northern Monkey 17-01-2014 09:28 AM

He had every right to bring it up as it is that which seems to be the root of her constant sniping at him,Atleast we all know why now.

Why would her husband stealing from Frank Carson be a reason for her to hate Jim though, this story is so confusing :joker:

Crimson Dynamo 17-01-2014 09:30 AM

She is a bad person by playing the mawkish victim and using her *sigh* dead husband as some sort of cane to whip jim. so what if he is dead, she made out like he could not be discussed, like his death made him a saint. Jim just reminded her that she is not so pious and should be careful mudslinging.

If she actually did anything of any entertainment value i would cur her some slack but she is very poor value.

She hates Jim because he knows the story and it would damage her status amoungst the girls if it came out.

People are not hating Linda for what her hubby did. Jim hasn't mentioned her husbands act, he mentioned that the reason why she hates him was because her hatred stems from an act her x committed and she holds Jim responsible for it in some way, either because he reported it or he argued with him about it in a pub. Nothing to do with lindas love for a deceased family member.
