Can you make cheese sauce with just cheese and milk?
 
Too lazy to go out today. Edam cheese and alpro milk to be exact :hugesmile:

I was going to suggest just grate it on if it is a pasta dish.

no cornflour, no flour absolutely nothing. I thought it would have been possible to literally mix cheese and milk and salt to make something eatable.

Throw a bit of dirt in there. Thicken it up

Keep a bit of the pasta water back when you have drained it. Add a bit of milk to the pasta & a bit of the pasta water, stir then add all your cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
