Hold your breath? Turning blue the second you close your mouth or can you sustain it for a while?

I have quite bad Asthma (not the type who just has to use the blue inhaler) so barely any time at all :laugh:

Used to have it bad as well... started off on blue + brown but that wasn't working so they started me on the purple stuff.
