They better get tonight right

It's been years since we've had a proper surprise eviction and so far this looks as if it may go according to plan, they have however promised us surprise evictions on C5 before only to go and tell them about the eviction like an hour before and to get them to pack

I want the eviction to happen whilst they're all getting on with what they're doing, a diary room eviction would be good again too :D

Don't mess this up plz

Josy 26-01-2014 06:45 PM

They already messed up..

The show is only lasting an hour and they have to fit in all of day 1 of the task (a great task too) plus a surprise eviction and interview.

Alf 26-01-2014 06:47 PM

No bit on the side either.

Kate! 26-01-2014 06:47 PM

Sigh.

Yeah, I want it to be announced when they're going about their business, washing dishes, in the bedroom, on the sofas, etc.

NO 'gathering on the sofas', as THAT would give it away.:nono:

Seriously? :/

MTVN 26-01-2014 06:48 PM

Yeah I reckon they'll tell them to gather on the sofas a bit beforehand so they'll know that somethings up

Verbal 26-01-2014 06:48 PM

I think tonight could be their biggest audience for a Ch 5 CBB yet. They have to get it right.

9pm to 10pm plus no bots.

Jack_ 26-01-2014 06:48 PM

Um that's not messing up, sure I wish the show was 90 minutes too and I haven't liked the fact there's been no Sunday BOTS this series but I'm talking about the execution of the surprise eviction itself...not the logistics of the live show...

They almost always find some way to mess it up, I just hope they get it right tonight and really surprise them

Tybrkr 26-01-2014 06:49 PM

Emma said in her interview on YouTube that they havnt done this twist in bb in the entire 14 years... And she said something in the lines of "I have been practicing my bit for the surprise eviction today".

I think it will be part of the task that's going on now... The house will freeze and Emma will emerge from the clock with her cue cards and give her normal spew and announce the person with the least votes. Then the evictee will go with Emma thru the clock or out the front doors to be interview.

Just a guess tho so who knows.

Yeah, hell no to this, I'll be so pissed :bored: is the task still going on btw?

Only having the show on for one hour when they are springing a secret eviction on the housemates is definitely messing up IMO.

And plus it cuts time from all the drama/fallout that happened yesterday. :(

Wow, what a flop

Kate! 26-01-2014 06:51 PM

They need to do it like they did with Stuart in BB5, they just removed him unknown to the housemates. That would be class.

As soon as they hear Emma's voice they will know.

It should be announced by the normal Big Brother and then Emma can take over.

Pete. 26-01-2014 06:53 PM

This needs to be epic and it needs to be Jim - Emma has a special part in the eviction too tonight - the task interlink maybe?

Josy 26-01-2014 06:54 PM

If they do it as part of this task though then all will be forgiven :idc: :joker:

That isn't up to Endemol or the production team, that was a decision made ten days ago by Channel 5 schedulers when the series was extended, they have no control over that and thus whilst it is very silly scheduling, it has nothing to do with whether or not they'll execute the surprise eviction itself efficiently (as in keeping it an actual surprise and not telling them beforehand which they've done before), which is what this thread is about...

Ammi 26-01-2014 06:55 PM

..if it is Lee who is evicted and it's a short interview because of the time frame, it'll be disappointing because I can't see her having much time to ask him many involved questions ...

Josy 26-01-2014 06:55 PM

Oh god I just got a vision of Marcus walking through that clock saying to someone 'you have been evicted please leave the house immediately'

Jordan. 26-01-2014 06:55 PM

They've done eviction shows in an hour before, we just get less highlights. It's not a big deal.

The highlights from yesterday will be a pretty big deal though, Jasmine going in and confronting Casey and Lee and also some more of that task.

Kate! 26-01-2014 06:57 PM

They need to do it at the beginning of the show and let us see a bit of the fallout at least!
