1 hr 30 mins for me today... bloody 9ams :fist:

..I've had my full three hours, Jords and am up and ready to go..:pipe2:...

Now I feel sleepy :bawling:

..stupid body clocke..:fist:...I think it's probably a bit late for a nap now, Jords, it's probably only going to make you feel even worse and really groggy and disorientated....aww, poor you...

..oh a clocke is a fancy clock, btw...

..that's what 3 hours sleep a night does to your brain...

My alarm goes off at 7:30am each morning
